Name Description

Axel Hoppe

 Dr. Axel Hoppe is Chairman of the Board of Commerce Resources Corp. For 29 years, Dr. Hoppe has held numerous positions with H.C. Starck GmbH (HCST): an international group of companies with more than 3,400 employees at 13 production sites in Europe, North America and the Far East. Dr. Hoppe's last position at HCST was head of technical services and engineering group, and in addition he was a member of the executive board. He was responsible for all sites worldwide. During his time in senior management, Dr. Hoppe also worked in the fields of other refractory metals, such as tungsten, molybdenum and rhenium. From 1997 until 2007, Dr. Hoppe served as member of the executive committee of the Tantalum-Niobium International Study Centre (TIC): an international association which promotes tantalum and niobium metals, and includes representatives from all segments of the tantalum and niobium industries. In addition, Dr. Hoppe was the president of the TIC in 2002 and 2007.

David Hodge

 Mr. David Hodge is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Commerce Resources Crop. He contributes to Commerce Resources many years of management experience with publicly traded companies. He has been a director of mineral exploration companies since 1996, and has stewarded the Blue River Project from its acquisition in 2000 through to current development activities. David Hodge is also a director of Petrol One Corp. and Jody Dahrouge is also a director of Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. and Fibre-Crown Manufacturing Inc.

Grove has worked as Corporate Communications for the Company since 2004, and has contacts within the financial communities in North America and Europe.  Ms. Jenna-Lee Nora Hardy is Director of Commerce Resources Corp. She is also a director of Argentex Mining Corp. and Pasinex Resources Limited (formerly Triple Dragon Resources Inc.).

Ian Graham

 Mr. Ian Graham is Independent Director of Commerce Resources Corp. Mr. Graham is an accomplished mining professional with over 20 years of experience in the development and exploration of mineral deposits. Formerly Chief Geologist with the Project Generation Group at Rio Tinto, Mr. Graham has been involved with evaluation and pre-development work on several projects in Canada and abroad. Prior to his work with Rio Tinto, Mr. Graham held exploration geologist roles with Anglo American. Mr. Graham is currently President of Discovery Harbour Resources Corp., a private company focused on identifying mining project opportunities that require both the raising of financial capital and management to move forward and succeed. Mr. Graham is also the former chair of the University of British Columbia's Mineral Deposit Research Unit.

Sven Olsson

 Mr. Sven Olsson is Independent Director of Commerce Resources Corp. Mr. Olsson obtained a Magister Artium in German Literature, Philosophy and Rhetoric from the University Tuebingen in 1993. Mr. Olsson was an editor at Stuttgarter Zeitung in Germany from July 1995 to December 2000 prior to becoming an investor relations manager at Axino AG in Germany from January 2001 to May 2009. Mr. Olsson has over 10 years of experience in the resource investment and financing industry.
