Maurice Loomes

 Mr. Maurice William Loomes has been Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of CIC Australia Ltd since 1995. He has background in investment analysis and strategy and for a number of years was a senior executive with Guinness Peat Group plc. Mr. Loomes has been a director of Ariadne Australia Limited since 2004 and Calliden Group Limited since 2000. He is Member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. He has been on the Company's Board since September 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and is Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Colin Alexander

 Mr. Colin John Alexander has been Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of CIC Australia Ltd since August 30, 2006. He has corporate finance and accounting experience and over 26 years experience in the land development and construction industry. He has been Managing Director of the Company since its founding in 1986 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 1995. He is Chairman of the Canberra MBA Fidelity Fund, Chairman of Community Housing Canberra Limited, Member of the Board of the ACT Property Council and Council Member of the Canberra Business Council. He holds a B.A. degree (Acc) and is Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants. He has an OAM qualification.

 Ms. Melanie Clare Andrews is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of CIC Australia Ltd. She was appointed as Company Secretary on November 1997.
