Name Description

Brian Bapty

 Mr. Brian Bapty is President, Director of Confederation Minerals Ltd., since 16 March 2012. Although Mr. Bapty will remain a partner and advisor to Northland Bancorp, he will be engaged full time to grow Confederation and further the development of its Newman Todd project. In addition to his experience in the investment and mining sectors, Mr. Bapty brings new energy and direction to the Company's investor communications efforts. Prior to NCP, Mr. Bapty held positions as Director of Research at Galileo Global Equity Advisors, VP, and Institutional Sales for Raymond James and Associates, London, and an Equity Analyst for Raymond James Limited, Vancouver. Mr. Bapty's experience in capital markets and working with institutional investors will be invaluable as Confederation continues to attract investor interest and build shareholder value with the development of the Newman Todd project.

Lawrence Dick

 Dr. Lawrence Allan Dick is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Confederation Minerals Ltd. Dr. Dick received a B.Sc. in geological sciences from U.B.C. in 1973 and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in economic geology from Queen’s University in 1979. During the following 30 years, he has been involved in the search for base and precious metals deposits world-wide. Dr. Dick has spent 20 years exploring for copper and gold throughout South America and was credited with finds at Collahuasi (Chile), Can Can (Chile) and Golden Bear (B.C.), as well as silver finds in Bolivia and the San Jose silver deposit in Mexico, amongst others.

Savio Chiu

 Mr. Savio Chiu is Chief Financial Officer of Confederation Minerals Ltd., since April 07, 2011. Mr. Chiu is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Chiu is Senior Manager, Corporate Finance of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. Previously, he was a professional staff accountant with an international accounting firm where he gained experience for audits under Canadian GAAP for public multi-national clients.

Kenneth Holmes

 Mr. Kenneth Richard Holmes is Director of Confederation Minerals Ltd., since May, 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree. He has been a securities lawyer in British Columbia since 1983. He has been Chairman or President and Director of public mining exploration companies and a junior oil and gas company. As well he is President and Director of a public franchising company.

Kent Ausburn

 Dr. Kent Ausburn is an Independent Director of Confederation Minerals Ltd. Dr Ausburn, PhD, PG, is a senior exploration geologist and mining entrepreneur with 29 years of worldwide experience in the exploration/mining industry. He was the Vice President of Exploration of Tournigan Energy Ltd. (TSXV: TVC) and is a director of Long Harbour Exploration Corp. (TSXV: LHC). He has been in several ore deposit discoveries. In addition with his background of having helped finance a number of quality properties and projects he understands the complexity of financing and financial statements and is financially literate as that term is defined in NI 52-110.

Scott Parsons

 Mr. Scott Bryan Parsons is an Independent Director of Confederation Minerals Ltd., since February 22, 2011. Mr. Parsons entered the mining and energy industries following a 20-year career as both a marketing specialist and manager of corporate development for private companies and federal and provincial government agencies. His experiences include manager of public relations programs, marketing, branding, and developing corporate strategies for emerging and established companies. Mr. Parsons is the former vice-president of corporate development for Red Hill Energy (now Prophecy Resource Corp.) and holds that position with International Enexco. He is a founding director of Doxa Energy Ltd., an emerging oil and gas production company operating in the United States.
