Name Description

Roy Templin

Mr. Roy W. Templin is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Con-way Inc. Mr. Templin retired in 2012 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Whirlpool Corporation, a NYSE-listed manufacturer and marketer of major home appliances, a position that he held since September 2004. Mr. Templin was also a member of Whirlpool Corporation’s Executive Committee since September 2004. Prior to joining Whirlpool, Mr. Templin was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Kimball International, Inc., a manufacturer of furniture and contract electronic products. Before joining Kimball, Mr. Templin worked for Cummins, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Templin held positions at NCR Corporation and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Templin is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA).

Douglas Stotlar

Mr. Douglas W. Stotlar is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Con-way Inc. As the Company’s top executive, Mr. Stotlar is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Company. Prior to that, Mr. Stotlar served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Con-way Freight, the Company’s regional trucking subsidiary, since December 2004. He served as Con-way Freight’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2004 and its Executive Vice President of Operations from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining Con-way Freight, Mr. Stotlar served as Vice President and General Manager of Con-Way NOW. Mr. Stotlar joined the Con-way organization in 1985 as a freight operations supervisor for Con-Way Central Express, one of the Company’s regional trucking subsidiaries, and subsequently served in various management positions.

Mr. Stephen L. Bruffett is an Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Con-Way Inc., since September 2008. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2008, served in various capacities in finance and accounting, operations, investor relations and sales and marketing with YRC Worldwide, including as Chief Financial Officer.

Hank Bartos

Mr. Hank M. Bartos is President of Con-way Truckload of the Company. Bartos takes over as interim president following the appointment last week of former Con-way Truckload President Joseph M. Dagnese to his new position as president of Con-way Freight, the company's regional and national less-than-truckload carrier. Bartos will serve in this interim leadership capacity at Con-way Truckload over the next several months while the company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Bartos is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience across trucking, air freight and logistics with the Con-way organization. He currently serves as vice president of operations for Con-way Enterprise Services at the company's administrative and information technology campus in Portland, Ore.

Prior to this, served as Menlo Worldwide Logistics' President since 2002. Joseph Dagnese

Mr. Joseph M. Dagnese is Executive Vice President; President of Freight Subsidiary & Business Unit of the Company., effective June 29, 2015. Dagnese began his career at Con-way in 1995, when he joined Menlo Logistics, Con-way’s global logistics and supply chain management unit. Prior to becoming the president at Con-way Truckload, Joe served as vice president of Menlo’s International operations, and previously led Menlo’s Automotive and Government Services, and Consumer, Retail & Industrial groups. He joined Menlo following 14 years with The Procter & Gamble Company. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and transportation.

Kevin Coel

Mr. Kevin S. Coel is Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Con-Way Inc. He has served as Con-way’s Senior Vice President since April 2009 and Corporate Controller since 2000. Prior to this, from 1990 to 2000, served in various capacities in finance and accounting with Con-way. Mr. Coel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Davis and a master’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University. Mr. Coel is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Donnelley & Sons Company, a NASDAQ-listed provider of print and related services, since May 2014. Mr. Pope was Chairman of the Board of Waste Management, Inc., a NYSE-listed waste collection and disposal firm, from November 2004 to December 2011. From December 1995 to November 1999, Mr. Pope was Chairman of the Board of MotivePower Industries, Inc., a NYSE-listed manufacturer and remanufacturer of locomotives and locomotive components until its merger. Prior to that, Mr. Pope served in various roles at United Airlines and UAL Corporation, including President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. William J. Schroeder serves as an Independent Director of Con-way Inc.
