James Bazet

 Mr. James R. Bazet is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Cobra Electronics Corp. He served as President of the Company. He is Chairman of the Board of the Company, September 24, 2008 to present; President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, January 1998, Director since May 1997.

Sally Washlow

 Ms. Sally A. Washlow has been appointed as President of Cobra Electronics Corp., effective January 4, 2013. She has served in positions of increasing responsibility since joining the Company in January 2002. From April 2004 to May 2006, Ms. Washlow served as Senior Director, Consumer Product Management, and was promoted to Vice President, Marketing—Consumer Products, in May 2006.
