James Donahue |
Mr. James A. Donahue is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Cohu Inc. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu from June, 2000 to March 2010; President and Chief Operating Officer of Cohu from October, 1999 to June, 2000; President of Delta Design, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cohu, since May, 1983. Mr. Donahue is also a director of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC) (since 2003). |

Mr. Jeffrey D. Jones is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Cohu, Inc. Mr. Jones joined Delta Design in 2005 as Vice President Finance.
