He is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Incitec Pivot Ltd and Boral Ltd. He is the Independent Chairman of the Board of Tomago Aluminium Company. From 2002 to 2008, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alumina Ltd. From 1995 to 2001, he held various senior management roles with Pioneer in Australia and the United Kingdom and subsequently with Hanson PLC. He also held senior positions with James Hardie and Esso Australia Limited. |

Ms. Dwyer is an Independent Non-Executive Director of DEXUS Property Group and DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund which is an unlisted property fund. She is a former Director of Quintain Estates and Development PLC.
