Name Description

Jeffery Pontius

 Mr. Jeffery A. Pontius is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Corvus Gold Inc. Mr. Pontius has over 30 years of geological experience and possesses a distinguished track record of discovery that now includes five precious metal deposits in North America of over 1 million ounces of gold. Significantly, he led the discovery of the new Livengood Gold Deposit in Alaska. Additionally, he led the discovery and development team for the Cripple Creek Deposit in Colorado, which is operated by AngloGold Ashanti and contains over 15 million ounces of gold. He also led the discovery work on two other Nevada gold deposits; Yankee Mine & Elder Creek Mine. Mr. Pontius has demonstrated exceptional skill at operating junior mining companies that have provided shareholders with excellent returns on their investments. He spent five years as the President and CEO of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (ITH) which has made a number of gold and copper-gold discoveries in Alaska and Nevada, the most notable being the Livengood Gold Deposit. Prior the seven years prior working at ITH, Mr. Pontius spent seven years as the US and North American Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti as well as participating as a Director of Anglo American (USA) Exploration Inc. and a member of AngloGold Ashanti's regional business development team. Mr. Pontius holds a Masters Degree from the University of Idaho (Economic Geology), a B.Sc. from Huxley College of Environmental Studies (Environmental Science) and a B.Sc. from Western Washington University (Geology).

Russell Myers

 Dr. Russell B. Myers, Ph.D. is President of Corvus Gold Inc. He is a Geologist by profession. He has been Vice-President, Exploration of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. September, 2006 to May 31, 2011, previously, senior geologist, AngloGold Ashanti (USA) Exploration Inc. 2000 to August, 2006.

Peggy Wu

 Ms. Peggy Wu is Chief Financial Officer of Corvus Gold Inc. Ms. Wu is a Chartered Accountant (2009) with working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Canadian and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and public company reporting requirements. She is currently the CFO for Indico Resources Inc. as well as the Financial Reporting Specialist for the Cardero Group of Companies, which include Balmoral Resources Ltd. and Abzu Gold Ltd. Previously, she served as the Senior Staff Accountant and Supervisor at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP, Chartered Accountants, from 2007 to 2010, where she oversaw all aspects of financial reporting for several publicly traded companies.

Carl Brechtel

 Mr. Carl Brechtel has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Corvus Gold Inc with effect from May 29, 2012. Mr. Brechtel has over 35 years of mining industry experience and specializes in the design and development of both open pit and underground projects. Mr. Brechtel's recent experience includes serving as Manager of Project Development for Corvus and as President and Chief Operating Officer for International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. Additional experience includes senior management positions with AngloGold Ashanti Limited at various mining projects around the world. Mr. Brechtel's primary focus will be on the ongoing development of the Company's potential near-term mining project at its North Bullfrog project in Nevada. In addition, he will oversee the Company's interests on the Terra project in Alaska where the operating JV partner has advised it intends to begin pilot scale milling operations and potentially gold production this summer as well as initial underground development of the deposit.

Lawrence Talbot

 Mr. Lawrence W. E. Talbot is Vice President, General Counsel of Corvus Gold Inc. Mr. Talbot is a Barrister and Solicitor by profession. He is the Owner of Lawrence W. Talbot Law Corporation (law firm) since July 1, 2006, previously Partner, Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP (law firm), April 2000 to July 2006, director, Cardero Resource Corp. (public mineral exploration company) since April, 2003, director and secretary, Excellon Resources Inc. (public natural resources company) 1993 to April, 2008.

Quentin Mai

 Mr. Quentin Mai has been appointed as Vice President - Business Development of Corvus Gold Inc with effect from September 4, 2012. Mr. Mai has over 15 years of mining industry experience in both exploration and development companies specializing in corporate strategy and shareholder value creation. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Mai has been providing consulting services to Corvus as well as Investor Relations support. Mr. Mai also played key roles in the growth and success of companies such as International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (ITH), Cardero Resource Corp. and First Quantum Minerals Ltd. His experience across a spectrum of companies with capital markets, resource investor groups and corporate growth initiatives will significantly complement Corvus's already marketing and finance team.

Marla Ritchie

 Ms. Marla K. Ritchie is Corporate Secretary of Corvus Gold Inc. Ms. Ritchie brings over 15 years experience in public markets working as an Administrator and Corporate Secretary specializing in resource-based exploration companies. Since 2001, she has worked as Corporate Secretary for Cardero Resource Corp. Between 1992 to 2003, Marla worked for Ascot Resources Ltd, Brett Resources Inc, Golden Band Resources Inc, Hyder Gold Inc., Leicester Diamond Mines Ltd., Loki Gold Corporation, Oliver Gold Corporation and Solomon Resources Limited.

Steven Aaker

 Mr. Steven K. Aaker is Independent Director of Corvus Gold Inc. He has more than 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, including 21 years’ association with the Franco-Nevada royalty portfolio, serving as Chief of US Operations for Franco-Nevada Corporation (New Franco) from 2007-2010, as Group Executive for Newmont Capital Limited from 2002 to 2007 and, prior to the acquisition of Franco-Nevada Mining Company Limited (Old Franco-Nevada) by Newmont Mining Company in 2002, as Vice President for Old Franco-Nevada, Euro-Nevada Mining Corp. Ltd. and Redstone Resources Inc. Mr. Aaker has been associated with the majority of the U.S. acquisitions made by the Franco-Nevada companies. Currently, Mr. Aaker is, and prior to joining Old Franco-Nevada was, an independent geological consultant. Mr. Aaker holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Colorado.

 Mr. Anton J. Drescher is Independent Director of Corvus Gold Inc. He has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1981. He is currently a director of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd., a public mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX and NYSE – AMEX (“ITH”) since 1991, a director of Trevali Mining Corporation, a public natural resource company listed on the TSX (“TV”) since 2007, a director of Corvus Gold Inc., an exploration and development company listed on the TSX (“KOR”) since 2010, a director of Dorato Resources Inc., a public mineral exploration listed on the TSXV “DRI”, since 1996 and recently appointed (2012) Dorato’s Chief Financial Officer, a President and director of Ravencrest Resources Inc, a publicly trading company trading on the CNSX (“RVT”) since 2010, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Oculus VisionTech Inc., (“OVT”), a public company listed for trading on the TSXV and the OTC Bulletin Board since December 1994 (OVTZ) involved in watermarking, President of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in tax and accounting consulting for business reorganizations since 1979 and President of Harbour Pacific Capital Corp., a private British Columbia company involved in regulatory filings for businesses in Canada since 1998.

Rowland Perkins

 Mr. Rowland Perkins is Independent Director of Corvus Gold Inc. He has been the President and a director of eBackup Inc. from 2001 to present. Previously, he was the Marketing Manager of Intellisave Datavaults Inc. (Securinet Inc.) from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Perkins has also served as a director of USA Video Interactive Corp. since 2005.

Edward Yarrow

 Mr. Edward M. Yarrow is Independent Director of Corvus Gold Inc. He is a senior economic geologist with over 35 years experience in the minerals industry. He has been involved in a number of discoveries of massive sulphide, magmatic nickel, tungsten and gold during this timeframe, and has experience in commercial and legal aspects of the mineral exploration business and new business development in a number of different countries. Recently retired from Anglo American plc., he was, from 2000 until December, 2009, the Vice-President, Exploration Division, North America Europe for Anglo American and President and a Director of Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd. (2002 - 2009). Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Exploration for Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co. Ltd., responsible for regional and mine exploration in the Flin Flon mining camp, since 1995. Mr. Yarrow is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of both B.C. and Manitoba.
