Name Description

Erik Danielsen

Mr. Erik Danielsen has been Chairman of the Board of ContextVision AB since 2010. He has been Director of ContextVision AB since 2004. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Swiss Business Law from the University of Fribourg (Universite de Fribourg) in Switzerland, 1987. Since 1993, he has been acting as an independent health care analyst and consultant, advising both young growth companies as well as private and institutional investors on a variety of subjects, including company evaluations, equity financings and operational and communication strategies. Mr. Danielsen continues to support the activities of Bridge Relations Ltd and Analitika SA, two consulting companies he originally founded. In mid 2012 he assumed the role as CEO of Spring Medical SA. Mr. Danielsen is a co-founder of Spring Medical. Mr. Danielsen previously worked as an equity strategist and analyst for Credit Suisse in Zurich and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Mr. Danielsen is a director of the following companies: Analitika SA, Spring Medical SA and Bridge Relations Ltd.

Anita Tollstadius

Ms. Anita Tollstadius has been Chief Executive Officer of ContextVision AB since September 14, 2010. Prior to that, she has been Chairman of the Board of the Company and also Member of the Board of Directors of ContextVision AB since 2008. She has held a number of management and organizational development roles during her thirty-year career. In addition to serving on the ContextVision board of directors from 2008 to 2010, Tollstadius has counseled other global medical technology companies on matters such as product research and development, production, and communications. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Pharmacy from Uppsala University.

Ann-Charlotte Linderoth

Ms. Ann-Charlotte Linderoth has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of ContextVision AB, effective as of April 15, 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm, and she has a 20-year career from different financial positions, mostly in the field of medical devices. Linderoth joined ContextVision in 2011 as Financial Officer.

Martin Hedlund

Mr. Martin Hedlund has been Chief Technical Officer and Director of ContextVision AB since 1999. He has served on the Company's Board since 1997. He is one of the founders of the Company. He was Research and Development and Local Manager in Linkoping until 1999. Since then, he has served as CTO focusing on product and business development. Mr. Hedlund holds a Master of Science degree in Technology from Linkopings universitet, followed by further studies and research in image processing and GOP theory at the same university.

Fredrik Palm

Mr. Fredrik Palm serves as Vice President OEM Business at ContextVision AB. He joined ContextVision in January 2012. Palm has 15 years of experience within international life science business. After many years at Waters Corporation, he moved on to several sales and marketing positions at medical device companies, focusing on international expansion. His experience covers international sales, marketing and business development as well as concepts for value based communication. Palm has complemented his engineer background with studies in business management and strategic marketing.

Arto Jarvinen

Mr. Arto Jarvinen serves as Director of Research & Development at ContextVision AB. He joined ContextVision in 2011, for the second time. He first joined the company in 1984, shortly after it was founded, having just majored in image processing at the Linkoping and Stanford universities. Three years later, he left to work for the Swedish Attache of Science and Technology in San Francisco. Since then, his career has included various management and consulting positions, such as management consultant at a global management consultancy, chief quality officer for a global PACS company and managing director for a medical device company. Jarvinen’s expertise includes system development methods, operational excellence, medical device regulations and management of high-tech companies in general.

Lena Kajland Wilen

Ms. Lena Kajland Wilen has served as Director of Business Development at ContextVision AB since February 2015. Kajland Wilen has 25 years of experience within international life science business. Her marketing and business expertise was excellenced during many years at Pharmacia Ophthalmics. Thereafter she headed the marketing function within Aerocrine AB for a decade and for MicroDose mammography within Philips Healthcare for a couple of years. Lately she has worked as a marketing and business development consultant. Kajland Wilen holds a Master in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and a DIHM in Marketing Economics from Business School IHM.

Eskil Larsson

Mr. Eskil Larsson serves as Director of Product Strategy at ContextVision AB. He joined ContextVision in 2011. Larsson has 36 years of industrial experience, mainly from the medical field. He has been R&D Manager and Marketing Manager at Siemens-Elema AB as well as CEO at AF Industrial Technology and Novator AB. At Siemens-Elema he handled the transfer of Mammography from Germany to Sweden and the development of the new Mammography system. Larsson has a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and has taken several management courses.

Karin Bernadotte

Ms. Karin Bernadotte has served as Member of the Board of Directors of ContextVision AB since 2011. She has more than 20 years of experience from various marketing positions, including international positions at the healthcare company MSD/Merck. Between 2006 and 2011 she served as Managing Director of MSD Sweden. Since October 2011, she has been Assoc. VP Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Europe and Canada for MSD/Merck. She graduated from Uppsala Universitet with a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy.

Sven Gunther-Hanssen

Mr. Sven Gunther-Hanssen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of ContextVision AB since 2011. He was previously on the Company’s Board until 2004. He is one of the founders of ContextVision and a former CEO for the Company. During later years Mr. Gunther-Hanssen acted as a venture capitalist and been involved in a number of start-up companies in the medical, industrial and financial sectors in the capacity of investor as well as board member. He is Deputy Board Member of Hagun AB and Board Member of wholly owned Skyhook AB. He graduated from Institute of Technology at Linkopings universitet with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Magne Jordanger

Mr. Magne Jordanger has been Director of ContextVision AB since 2002. Throughout his career as an owner and Manager, he has operated within various international industries. He is Board Member or Chairman of Autogruppen AS, Autolink AS, Konsmo Fabrikker AS, BNS Holding AS and Creditsafe NV. Previously, he acted as Board Member of Prinsens gate 14 AS and Stasjonskvartalene AS. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland in 1981.
