Roblin, John Mr. John W. Roblin has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Cover All Technologies Inc. He is Chief Executive Officer of the Company since December 1999 and as a director since March 2000. He was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2001. He served as President of the Company from December 1999 to November 2008. Prior to joining Cover All Technologies Inc., Mr. Roblin was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for CIGNA Property and Casualty, positions he held since 1998. From 1994 until 1998, he was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for Advanta Corporation. Prior to 1994, he was the Chief Information Officer at Chubb & Son, USF&G and Traveler’s Personal Lines Division.
Shah, Manish Mr. Manish D. Shah is President, Chief Technology Officer and Director of Cover - All Technologies, Inc. He has served as a member of Board and as President since November 2008 and has served as Chief Technology Officer since May 2004. Prior to his promotion to the position of President, he served as Executive Vice President since May 2008. Mr. Shah served as Director of Technology from December 2002 through May 2004 and served as technology consultant from September 2000 through December 2001. He graduated with Honors from the Columbia University Executive MBA Program in May 2008. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cover - All Technologies, Inc. since February 2001, as Secretary since April 1997 and as Controller since March 1997. He has also been the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc. since January 1994. RENN Capital Group, Inc. is the investment manager of Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc., Renaissance US Growth Investment Trust PLC and Global Special Opportunities Trust PLC, investment trusts listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Cleveland is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 40 years of experience as a specialist in investments in smaller capitalization companies. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Cleveland has served as Presiden t of the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts. Mr. Cleveland serves on the boards of directors of Renaissance US Growth Investment Trust PLC, Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc., CaminoSoft Corp., Integrated Security Systems, Inc., BPO Management Services and Alliance HealthCard, Inc.
Mulready, Stephen Mr. Stephen M. Mulready serves as Director of Cover-All Technologies Inc. Mr. Mulready brings with him over 35 years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, having spent a majority of that time serving in various executive, supervisory and technical positions with Aetna Inc. (NYSE: AET). Mr. Mulready is currently the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Blackpoint Associates, a firm that provides management consulting services to small businesses. Mr. Mulready served as Chief Executive Officer of AIX Holdings, Inc., a specialty property and casualty program insurance company from 2005 to 2008. From 2004 to 2005, he served as a director and consultant to Alico, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALCO), an agriculture and real estate company, where he was a member of the Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Investment Committees. Between 1996 and 1999, Mr. Mulready was Chief Executive Officer of Orion Specialty, a division of Orion Capital. In 1999, Orion Capital was acquired by Royal and Sun Alliance, where Mr. Mulready held several senior level positions from 1999 to 2004, including President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Operations. Mr. Mulready also currently serves on the board of directors of Adaptik, Inc., a software policy insurance company. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science, Insurance Administration, from the University of Connecticut.
