Name Description

Ian Powell

Mr. Ian Powell has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board - Designate of the Company, effective 1 September 2016. Until end of June 2016, Ian Powell was Chairman and Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) UK. Ian was also a member of the team which leads the international network of PwC firms, a global network of professional services firms with revenues in excess of $35bn and more than 200,000 people. He also led the EMEA cluster of the PwC network, which spans over 90 territories across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ian has broad financial, commercial and regulatory experience and led PwC’s interactions with the UK Government and other public sector organisations.

Andy Parker

Mr. Andy Parker is Chief Executive, Executive Director of Capita PLC., effective March 1, 2014. He is responsible for Managing and developing Capita’s business to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives. Additional Group responsibilities: Group charitable approach. Previous experience in Capita: Deputy Chief Executive (June 2013-March 2014); Joint Chief Operating Officer (2011-2013) overseeing nonfinancial services operations; Divisional Director for Capita’s ICT, Health and Business Services Division; Senior Divisional Finance Director.

Nick Greatorex

Mr. Nick Greatorex is Group Finance Director, Executive Director of the company since 1 March 2015. Nick Greatorex joined Capita in 2006 and has held a number of senior commercial, finance and management roles across the Group. He began his career in Capita as commercial lead on some of Capita's largest major bids and went on to oversee the transition and development of these contracts. He then became Life & Pensions Divisional Commercial Director, Insurance & Benefits Services Divisional Finance Director and is currently Executive Director of the Insurance & Benefits Services division. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Liberata plc (now owned by HCL) and held senior merger and acquisition roles at a number of organisations, including Centrica plc. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 at Ernst & Young, where he spent 10 years working in the UK and US.

Vic Gysin

Mr. Vic Gysin is an Executive Director, Group Operations & Performance Director of Capita PLC. He is responsible for Shares joint responsibility for Capita’s operating divisions. Additional Group responsibilities: Joint responsibility for clients and employees; Group HR. Previous experience in Capita: Executive Director for Insurance and Investor Services and Integrated Services Divisions; Successful implementation and delivery of a number of key contracts.

Chris Sellers

Mr. Chris Sellers has been appointed as Group Business Development Director, Director of the Company, effective 1 January 2017. He first joined Capita in September 2005 as a director in the Central Business Development team. Chris has a depth of business development and operational experience across a wide range of sectors and organisations, along with a detailed knowledge of Capita. His expertise lies in technology enabled transformation, across both public and private sectors, and the commercialisation of Intellectual Property assets (eg AXELOS and Fera Science). Chris has been member of Capita’s Executive Management Board since 2010.

John Cresswell

Mr. John Cresswell is Independent Non-Executive Director of the company since 17 November 2015. John has substantial experience leading, growing and advising media and broadcast organisations at CEO and Executive director levels and has worked in the TMT sector for 25 years. John is a Chartered Accountant, has a BSc in Economics and Politics, and attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. Most recently he served four and a half years as CEO of Arqiva; previous to that he held a number of executive director roles on the board of ITV plc, and was formerly a director of Liverpool Football and Athletic Grounds plc and a director of Ambassador Theatre Group. John has also been a member of Business in the Community.

Matthew Lester

Mr. Matthew Lester is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles. He is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Royal Mail plc and a Non-Executive Director of Man Group plc, where he is Chair of the Audit Committee. Prior to his current roles, Matthew was Group CFO at ICAP plc, Group Finance Controller and Treasurer at Diageo plc and started his career in various corporate finance roles.
