Carvalho Giambroni, Ricardo Mr. Ricardo Carvalho Giambroni serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CPFL Energia SA. Chaves de Melo, Jose Marcos Mr. Jose Marcos Chaves de Melo has served as Member of the Executive Board and Vice President of Administration of CPFL Energia SA since April 2008. In 1980, he graduated in Electrical Technology from CEFET-MG Centro Federal de Educaco Tecnologica de Minas Gerais. Then in 1986, he graduated in Engineering from the University of Kansas. Viana Pereira, Helio Mr. Helio Viana Pereira has served as Member of the Executive Board and Vice President of Distribution of CPFL Energia SA since August 28, 2002. Abdalla Saad, Miguel Normando Mr. Miguel Normando Abdalla Saad has served as Member of the Executive Board and Vice President of Generation of CPFL Energia SA since August 28, 2002. He also worked as Secretary of PROCEL and led several projects and international agreements related to energy efficiency in institutions such as the World Bank, USAID, ACEEE, CIDA (Canada), ETSU (United Kingdom) and ALURE in the European Community. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Guaraniana Comercio e Servicos (GCS), a gas and energy commercialization company, and Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Companhia Energetica de Pernambuco (CELPE). He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Direito de Sao Bernardo do Campo in 1982, and in Civil Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Sao Paulo (FESP) in 1985.
