Name Description

Mark Rodda

Mr. Mark Trevor Rodda serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Coalspur Mines Ltd. Mr. Rodda is a member of the Audit Committee. He is a lawyer with a private practice and has in-house legal corporate consultancy experience. He is currently a partner of Napier Capital. He was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for LionOre Mining, a company with operations in Australia and Africa and listings on the TSX, LSE and ASX. He has experience in the management of local and international mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate and project financing transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives. He also serves on the Board of Antipa Minerals as Non-Executive Director. He holds a BA and LLB degrees.

Gill Winckler

Ms. Gill Winckler has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Coalspur Mines Limited since July 1, 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in the mining and banking sectors. Prior to Coalspur, Ms Winckler worked for BHP Billiton for over 15 years in a number of senior executive roles, including Chief Development Officer of the Energy Coal division, based in London, and Vice President of Strategy and Development for the Diamonds and Specialty Products division, based in Canada. Within Energy Coal, Ms Winckler was responsible for BHP Billiton’s thermal coal business development activities and project growth pipeline around the world. Ms. Winckler was also a corporate financier in the banking industry for a period of five years in Johannesburg, South Africa and London, England. Ms. Winckler is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com (Hons) and a B.Sc. Ms. Winckler was appointed a Director of the Company on July 1, 2012. She does not currently hold any directorships of other listed companies, nor has she done in the past three years.

Robert Gough

Mr. Robert (Rob) Gough is Chief Financial Officer of Coalspur Mines Ltd. He previously worked at BHP Billiton for a cumulative 16 years that included a number of senior executive roles. Most recently Mr. Gough was Vice President Finance (CFO) for BHP Billiton’s Energy Coal division based in Sydney, Australia. In this role he was responsible for the division’s statutory and management accounting, Information Management and governance of capital investment, risk processes and compliance. Mr. Gough’s prior roles at BHP Billiton include Vice President (VP) Finance (CFO) in the Minerals Exploration division and VP Business Development in both the Energy Coal and Diamonds and Specialty Products divisions. During this time Mr. Gough worked in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada and was involved with a number of market acquisitions across the various jurisdictions as well as numerous commercial transactions and other transaction opportunities. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce and is Certified Practising Accountant.

Colin Gilligan

Mr. Colin Gilligan is Chief Operating Officer of Coalspur Mines Ltd. He brings 24 years of mining experience to Coalspur, having been involved in the development and operations internationally. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Gilligan served as the COO of Mitsui Coal Holdings Pty Ltd. Mr. Gilligan has experience with contract mining execution and strategy. Prior to Mitsui, Mr. Gilligan was Executive Manager - Resources Development Group for Thiess Pty Ltd. In that role, Mr. Gilligan was responsible for mining, new business and technical support across the company’s 12 mine sites which produced approximately 70 million tons per annum in Australia and Indonesia.

Richard Tremblay

Mr. Richard Tremblay has been appointed as the Vice President, Operations of Coalspur Mines Inc. Mr. Tremblay has 22 years of experience in the industry and joins Coalspur from Teck Coal where he was most recently General Manager Business Improvement - Mining and Processing. For the previous six years he was the General Manager at Teck Coal's Fording River operation located in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Tremblay, who will be based in the company's Hinton office, will be responsible for preparing the Vista Coal Project ("Vista") for commissioning and running the mine once it is operational. Mr Tremblay will have overall responsibility for the safety and effectiveness of the operations, all environmental and health matters, production control and staff functions at Vista. Mr. Tremblay has diverse management experience in open pit coal mining and a proven track record of achieving operational targets. Mr. Tremblay has also been recognized twice as operating the open pit mine in the province of British Columbia with the lowest lost time incident frequency (2009 John Ash Award - Fording River Operation, 2005 Edward Prior Award - Line Creek Operation). Mr. Tremblay holds a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.

Xenia Kritsos

Ms. Xenia Kritsos is Vice President - General Counsel, Joint Company Secretary of Coalspur Mines Ltd. She joined Coalspur as Vice President, General Counsel in June 2013 and joint Company Secretary in September 2013. Ms. Kritsos has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer, both in-house and in private practice in North America and South Africa. Prior to joining Coalspur, Ms. Kritsos was Senior Legal Counsel for a diversified global mining group headquartered in Vancouver, B.C. and Corporate Secretary for certain public companies associated with it. Ms. Kritsos has a Bachelor of Civil Laws (BCL) from the University of Oxford, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Witwatersrand. Ms. Kritsos is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.

Wayne Drier

Mr. Wayne Drier is Vice President - Strategy and Development of Coalspur Mines Limited since September 1, 2011. Mr. Drier has over 15 years experience in business development, commercial and corporate finance roles within mining companies and investment banks. Prior to joining Coalspur, Mr. Drier was the Commercial Executive for Mantra Resources Limited. Prior to Mantra Resources, Mr. Drier held senior management positions at Norilsk Nickel International and BHP Billiton. Whist at BHP Billiton he held the position of Vice President, Commercial for its energy coal operations in South Africa. In this role Mr. Drier was responsible for the commercial, rail and port relationships and represented BHP Billiton on the Board of the Richards Bay Coal Terminal, one of the export coal facilities in the world.

Kim Humphreys

Ms. Kim Humphreys is Vice President - Human Resources and Administration at Coalspur Mines Ltd where she is responsible for the development and implementation of Coalspur’s Human Resources (HR) strategy and operations; Health and Safety (H&S) program; and Administration services including internal communications, facilities services, and training/development. Ms. Humphreys’ progressive career spans across various industries and leadership positions, including unionized and non-unionized environments. Ms. Humphreys has proven capability to develop, align and execute HR strategy in support of organizational objectives. Ms. Humphreys holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce and a Master’s of Arts in Education. She received her Evidence Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding University in 2011. Ms. Humphreys is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a member of various professional associations throughout Alberta and Canada.

David Montpetit

Mr. David Montpetit is Vice President - Externals Affairs and Logistics at Coalspur Mines Ltd where he is responsible for directing Coalspur’s internal and external communications activities, initiatives and strategies. He leads, plans, negotiates and implements strategies related to transportation access and operations of rail and port logistics. Mr. Montpetit has more than 25 years of marketing, sales management and logistics experience in the packaged goods and rail industry. He held the position of National Account Manager for Canadian Coal with Canadian National Railway, and owned Diadem Group Ltd., which included residential construction and consulting in areas of logistics, marketing and sales. Mr. Montpetit holds a B.Comm from the University of Guelph.

Simon Robertson

Mr. Simon Robertson has served as Company Secretary of Coalspur Mines Ltd since October 13, 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and currently holds the position of Company Secretary for a number of publically listed companies. Mr. Robertson was also previously Chief Financial Officer for a large mining services and civil engineering company with international operations. Mr. Robertson earned a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University in Western Australia and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in New South Wales, Australia.

David Murray

Mr. David (Dave) John Keir Murray has served as Non-Executive Director of Coalspur Mines Ltd since October 13, 2011. He has over 30 years of international experience in the coal industry and has held a number of senior positions within BHP Billiton, including President of Energy Coal (2008-2009), President of Metallurgical Coal (2005-2008) and Chief Executive Officer of BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance Coal (2001-2005). He has served as Chairman of the World Coal Institute, Australian Coal Association and Richards Bay Coal Terminal; as director of the Queensland Resource Council and Coal Industry Advisory Board (Advising International Energy Agency) and council member of the South African Chamber of Mines Council. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering. Mr. Murray was appointed a Director of the Company on October 13, 2011. Mr. Murray is currently a director and Chairman of the Board of Stonewall Resources Ltd (December 2012 - present), a director of Coal of Africa Limited (September 2010 - present), and Meridian Resources Limited (January 2012 - December 2012). Other than the above, Mr. Murray does not currently hold any directorships of other listed companies, nor has he done in the past three years.

Denis Turcotte

Mr. Denis Turcotte has served as Non-Executive Director of Coalspur Mines Ltd since December 22, 2010. He is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the energy, materials, and commodity sectors. He was previously the President and CEO of Algoma Steel Inc. an integrated Canadian steel producer, and formerly President of the Paper Group and EVP Corp. Development and Strategy of Tembec Inc., a global forest products company. Mr. Turcotte is currently President and CEO of a private business consulting and investing firm. In 2006 Mr. Turcotte was recognised as Canadian Business Magazine's Top CEO. Mr. Turcotte was appointed a Director of the Company on December 22, 2010. Mr. Turcotte holds directorships in Domtar Corporation (February 2007 - present), Norbord Inc. (April 2012 - present) and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Brookfield Capital Partners Funds (October 2008 - present).
