Name Description

Dino Titaro

 Mr. Dino Titaro, M.Sc., P.Geois., is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Carpathian Gold Inc. He has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of the Company with effect from May 7, 2013. Mr. Titaro is a geologist with a M.Sc. degree in economic geology and is based in Canada and has experience in the mining and exploration sector. He is a founder of Carpathian and has been the President and CEO since 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Titaro was President and CEO of A.C.A. Howe International, a geological and mining consulting firm that has worked on projects throughout the world. Mr. Titaro is also a director of Yamana Gold Inc., and has been a director and officer of several publicly traded companies in the mining, industrial and health care technology fields.

Rishi Tibriwal

 Mr. Rishi Tibriwal, CA, MBA, CFA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Carpathian Gold Inc., effective July 3, 2012. Mr. Tibriwal has over 16 years of experience working as an audit partner of a international accounting firm with private and public companies both nationally and internationally. More recently, Mr. Tibriwal served as the CFO of Melior Resources Inc., and acted as advisor to several other public companies involved in the mining sector.

Daniel Kivari

 Mr. Daniel B. J. Kivari, P. Eng., is Chief Operating Officer of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Kivari, P. Eng., is a senior mining executive with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and over 38 years of international experience in all aspects of mine operations, engineering, construction and development. Most recently he was Regional General Manager for Western Canada and Nunavut for Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. and prior to that position, Vice President of Operations for Yamana Gold Inc. Mr. Kivari has also held senior engineering positions with the consulting firms of Kellogg Brown & Root/Colt Engineering and SNC-Lavalin. He has worked throughout Latin America, Canada, Australia and the USA. Mr. Kivari is also on the Board of Directors of First Gold Exploration Inc.

Guy Charette

 Mr. Guy Charette, LL.L., is Executive Vice President - Corporate and Director of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Charette has over 27 years experience in securities law with an emphasis on structuring resource industry transactions as well as exploration and development finance in North America, Europe and in developing nations. Mr. Charette is a member of the Barreau du Québec. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Charette was a partner of Charette Nantel LLP, a Montreal-based law firm providing corporate and securities legal services. In 2006, Mr. Charette joined the Montréal office of Miller Thomson Pouliot LLP, as a partner, continuing his corporate and securities practice. In November, 2007, Mr. Charette resigned from Miller Thomson Pouliot LLP and joined BCF LLP where he was a partner until August 2009. Since August 2009, Mr. Charette has been acting as an independent advisor to public companies. Mr. Charette is also a director of IOU Financial Inc. and was a director of Argex Silver Capital Inc. (March 2005 to October 2009).

Randall Ruff

 Mr. Randall K. Ruff, B.Sc., M.Sc., is Executive Vice President - Exploration of Carpathian Gold Inc. He has been working with the Corporation‘s subsidiary companies on the Romanian and Brazilian projects since 2000. Mr. Ruff was a consulting project geologist before becoming Chief Operating Officer for CGL in 2002, and thereafter became Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Ruff worked as a senior geologist for SAMAX Resources Ltd. (1997 to 1999) and as a project/district geologist for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp. (1993 to 1997).

Michael Kozub

 Mr. Michael Kozub, B.A., M.A., B.C.L., is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Kozub is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. He is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience primarily in the fields of corporate, commercial and securities law. Prior to joining the Corporation in 2011, he was in private practice where he acted for a number of publicly listed companies. Mr. Kozub is a member of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Barreau du Québec.

Kym No

 Ms. Kym No, CMA, has been appointed as Corporate Controller of Carpathian Gold Inc., effective July 3, 2012. She brings over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation many of which were in the mining sector at an international level. She previously held positions as corporate controller with Iberian Minerals Corp. and New Dawn Mining Corp.

John Hick

 Mr. John Walter Wallen Hick, B.A., LL.B., has been appointed as Lead Independent Director of Carpathian Gold Inc., with effect from May 7, 2013. Mr. Hick has considerable experience in both senior management and director capacities with a number of public companies over the last 27 years, prior to which he was actively engaged in the practice of law in Ontario. Mr. Hick is currently President & CEO of his own consulting firm, John W. W. Hick Consultants Inc. During his career, he has also been the President and/or CEO of the following public companies where he had direct involvement in and responsibilities for the financial results and reporting of such companies: Medoro Resources Ltd., Grafton Group Limited; TVX Gold Inc., Geomaque Explorations Ltd., Defiance Mining Corporation and Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd. In addition to serving as a director, he has served or is currently serving on the audit committees of the following public companies: Rayrock Yellowknife Gold Mines Ltd., Cambior Inc., Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd., Southern Cross Resources Inc., Hudson Resources Inc., Queenstake Resources Ltd., First Uranium Corporation, Areoquest International Ltd., Timminco Limited, International Minerals Corporation, Eurotin Inc. and Revett Minerals Inc.

Peter Lehner

 Mr. Peter S. Lehner has been re-designated as Non-Executive Director of Carpathian Gold Inc., with effect from May 7, 2013. Mr. Lehner is independent entrepreneur who is invovled mainly in natural resources, wholesale and retail of organic cosmetics and tourism. He has over 20 years of experience in commodity and project finance having, prior to his independence in 2002, occupied senior management positions in both financial institutions and international trading companies.

Julio Carvalho

 Mr. Julio L. Carvalho, C.A., M.B.A., is Independent Director of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Carvalho has 40 years experience in the mining sector, mostly in Brazil, including the positions of President & CEO and director of Peak Gold Limited; Executive VP, Central & South America at Goldcorp Inc.; President of Onça Puma nickel project (Canico Resource) and Executive Director and CFO at Rio Tinto Brazil, where he worked for more than 33 years. He is currently President and director of Rio Novo Gold Inc. (TSX: RN), which owns two developing gold projects in Brazil, and a director of a number of other companies.

 Mr. David C. Danziger, B. Comm., C.A. is Independent Director of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Danziger is a practising Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in audit, accounting and management consulting and over 10 years experience specific to the mineral resource sector. He is currently an assurance partner at MSCM LLP, Chartered Accountants, a director of American Apparel Inc. (NYSE), Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX-V), Eurotin Inc. (TSX-V), Aumento Capital II Corporation (TSX-V), Aumento Capital III Corporation (TSX-V), Goldspike Exploration Inc. (TSX-V) and Renforth Resources Inc. (CNSX). He is also the President and CEO of Renforth Resources Inc.

 Mr. Patrick J. Mars, B.Comm., M.B.A., is Independent Director of Carpathian Gold Inc. Mr. Mars is a Chartered Financial Analyst based in Canada. Mr. Mars is an independent consultant specializing in mine financing and analysis and benefits from over 30 years of experience in the Canadian investment industry. For the majority of his career he was with Alfred Bunting & Co/Bunting Warburg, a Canadian investment dealer and stockbroker where he was President and CEO from 1981 to 1994. During this time he served 3 year terms both as a Governor of the TSE and Director of the IDA. From 1999 to 2001, he was Chairman and a Director of First Marathon Securities (UK) Ltd./NBC Financial (UK) Ltd. Presently, Mr. Mars is a director of Yamana Gold, Aura Minerals (Chairman), Sage Gold (Chairman) and Selwyn Resources as well as being President of P.J. Mars Investments Limited, a private company. He is also a director of The Renascent Foundation, a charitable organization.
