Kerrii Anderson |
Ms. Kerrii B. Anderson has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairwoman of the Board of Chiquita Brands International, Inc., effective October 8, 2012. She served as Lead Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Anderson has been a private investor since September 2008. She was employed as Chief Executive Officer and President of Wendy’s International, Inc. (Wendy’s), a restaurant operating and franchising company, from November 2006 to September 2008, when it merged with Triarc Companies, Inc. to form Wendy’s/Arby’s Group Inc. From April to November 2006 she served as Wendy’s interim Chief Executive Officer and President, and from 2000 to April 2006, she served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, she had more than 20 years of experience in accounting and as controller and chief financial officer of other companies. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Anderson is currently a Director of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, Worthington Industries, Inc. and P.F. Chang China Bistro Inc. |
