Name Description

Helene Bistrom

Ms. Helene Bistrom has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cramo Oyj since April 1, 2014. She was Independent Member of the Board of the Company from March 24, 2011 until April 1, 2014. Previously she served for Vattenfall, where she held such roles as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Business Group Pan Europe (2009-2010), Member of Vattenfall’s Executive Group Management (2007-2010), Vice Head of Vattenfall Business Group Nordic (2007-2008) and Head of the Nordic Heat Business unit (2004-2007). She served as Managing Director of Norrenergi AB (2011-2014). She was also Board Chairman of Forsmark (2009-2010), Ringhals (2009-201) and Vattenfall Eldistribution (2007-2009). She is Member of the Boards of KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Chairman of the Board of Sveaskog AB. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering.

Leif Gustafsson

Mr. Leif Stefan Emanuel Gustafsson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Cramo Oyj effective as of March 1, 2016 at the latest. Vesa Koivula will be succeeded by Leif Gustafsson. Leif has experience of developing operations in senior positions and is currently CEO of Stena Recycling International AB. Leif Gustafsson has 15 years of experience from leading a B2B business service operation and joins from Stena Metall Group. Leif has been the CEO of Stena Recycling International AB since 2012 prior to which he served as the CEO of Stena Recycling AB from 2008 to 2012. Prior to Stena Metall Leif was CEO of YIT Sweden. Erkki Stenberg

Mr. Erkki Stenberg has served as Independent Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cramo Oyj since March 31, 2016. He has previously been Independent Director of the Company since March 26, 2013. He studied Agriculture and Forestry (undergraduate studies). He also serves as Senior Advisor at LVI-Dahl Ltd. Aku Rumpunen

Mr. Aku Rumpunen has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Cramo Oyj since August 11, 2016. He has previously served as Senior Vice President of Group Business Control at Cramo Oyj since February 1, 2013. Previously, he was Head of Group Business Control at the Company. He was Business Controller, Financial Manager at YIT Construction Ltd (2003-2012). He holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Geography.

Goran Carlson

Mr. Goran Carlson no longer serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Scandinavia and Managing Director of Cramo Sweden at Cramo Oyj, effective as of January 1, 2017. He has held this position since June 1, 2015. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cramo Oyj from 2006 until 2013. From 2009, he was also responsible for Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He was employed by the Company from 2005, and was Member of the Company's Group Management Team from 2006. Previously, he acted as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cramo AB in 2005, Senior Vice President of FlaktWoods Group from 2002 to 2004, Managing Director of Electrolux South Africa from 1998 to 2001, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Lux Group from 1993 to 1998, Managing Director for Lux France from 1991 to 1993, Managing Director for Electrolux Philippines from 1986 to 1991 and Managing Director for Electrolux Far East from 1984 to 1986. He held a position as Executive Board Member of Pon Holdings BV and CEO of Pon Power & Equipment in the Netherlands. He holds a degree in Engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology at the University of Lund (Lunds Universitet) in Sweden.

Tatu Hauhio

Mr. Tatu Hauhio has served as Executive Vice President for Eastern Europe and Managing Director of Cramo Finland at Cramo Oyj since February 1, 2013. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for Finland and Managing Director of Cramo Finland at Cramo Oyj from 2006. He has been employed by the Company since 2004, and has been Member of the Company's Group Management Team since 2006. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board at Finnish Technical Traders (Machine Rental) and Member of the Board of Fortrent Oy. He acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Imaginative Minds Oy from 2009. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, he served as Director for Project Rental and Foreign Operations at RK Group. In 2003 he was Business Development Director at Suomen Projektivuokraus Oy, and from 1997 to 2002, he held Information Technology (IT) Consultancy, Quality and Risk Management positions at Cap Gemini Oy. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu) in 1997.

Dirk Schlitzkus

Mr. Dirk Schlitzkus has been Executive Vice President for Central Europe at Cramo Oyj since February 1, 2013, and he has served as Managing Director of Cramo AG (previously Theisen) at the Company since May 9, 2011. Previously, he was also Senior Vice President for Central Europe at Cramo Oyj from May 9, 2011. He is Attorney at law. He joined Theisen Baumaschinen Group in 1994 as Company Lawyer. In 1998, he was promoted to Managing Director. He was one of the driving forces behind the Company's expansion of rental depots in Germany, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, in addition to which he has been involved in the restructuring of Theisen Group and its various companies and departments. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of Theisen Baumaschinen AG from 2007. He graduated from Julius-Maximilians-Universitaet Wuerzburg.

Mattias Radstrom

Mr. Mattias Radstrom has been appointed Senior Vice President Communications, Marketing and Investor Relations of Cramo Oyj effective as of October 1, 2016. Mr. Mattias Radstrom is VP Global social media and PR at Electrolux, Sweden since 2011. He is, together with his team, globally responsible for social media and PR strategies and platforms, content and campaign strategies and execution, the governance structure for information and best practice sharing, social media consumer care and digital brand monitoring.

Petra Schedin Stergel

Mrs. Petra Schedin Stergel has been appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources Development of Cramo Oyj effective as of October 1, 2016. Mrs. Petra Schedin Stergel is head of the human resource function since 2006, and part of the management team at PwC Sweden. Together with a staff of 40 employees at the Human Capital function her responsibilities include general HR support to operational managers, leadership development, performance management and employer branding.

Martin Holmgren

Mr. Martin Holmgren has served as Senior Vice President, Fleet Management at Cramo Oyj since February 1, 2013. Previously, he was Vice President of Fleet Management and Equipment Rental at the Company from 2009. He has been employed by the Company since 2003, and has been Member of the Company's Group Management Team since 2009. Between 2003 and 2008, he served as Product Area Manager of Fleet Management at Cramo AB. Prior to this, from 2000 till 2003, he was Business Development Manager at Telia Mobile, and from 1998 till 2000, he was Supply Chain Manager at ABB. In addition, he acted as Site Manager at Platzer Bygg between 1989 and 1995. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Karlstad University (Karlstads Universitet) in 1998.

Petri Moksen

Mr. Petri Moksen has been appointed Senior Vice President, Modular Space at Cramo Oyj effective from February 1, 2013. Previously, he was Director of Modular Space at the Company (2008-2012); Head of Department at YIT Rakennus Oy (2004–2007); Development Manager at YIT Rakennus Oy (2001-2003); Project Engineer and various other positions at YIT Rakennus Oy (1996-2000). Joakim Rubin

Mr. Joakim Rubin has been Director of Cramo Oyj since March 31, 2015. He holds Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He has been Founding Partner of Zeres Capital, Senior Partner at CapMan Group (since 2008) and held several positions at Handelsbanken Capital Markets (1995–2008) including Head of Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets.
