Eduardo Sergio Elsztain

 Mr. Eduardo Sergio Elsztain has served as Chairman of the Board of Cresud SACIF y A since 1994. He was granted a leave of absence from January 7, 2013 to January 31, 2013. He has been engaged in the Real Estate business for more than twenty years. In addition, he was on leave between July 16, 2012 and July 26, 2012, December 26, 2011 and January 3, 2012, from January 10, 2012 to January 20, 2012, including. He acts as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo, IRSA, Consultores Assets Management SA, BACS Banco de Credito & Securitizacion S.A. (BACS), and Banco Hipotecario SA. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of E-Commerce Latina SA and Director of BrasilAgro and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He studied Economic Sciences at Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain

 Mr. Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain serves as Second Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cresud SACIF y A. He has held these posts since 1994. David Alberto Perednik

 Mr. David Alberto Perednik serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Cresud SACIF y A. He joined the Company’s Board of Directors in 2004. He was appointed as Chief Administrative Officer in 1997. He has worked for several companies, such as Marifran Internacional SA, a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Amateurs where he worked as Financial Manager from 1986 to 1997.  Mr. Gabriel Adolfo Gregorio Reznik has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Cresud SACIF y A since 2003. He also worked for IRSA from 1992 to May 2005. He formerly worked for an independent construction company in Argentina. He is Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Puerto Retiro SA, Tarshop SA and Fibesa, as well as Member of the Board of Banco Hipotecario, among others. He obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Jorge Oscar Fernandez

 Mr. Jorge Oscar Fernandez has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Cresud SACIF y A since 2003. He has been also Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He has performed management functions at several banks, financial corporations, insurance firms and other companies related to financial services. He is also involved in many industrial and commercial entities and companies. He obtained a degree in Economic Sciences from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
