Biographies

Name Description
Benioff, Marc Marc Benioff co-founded salesforce.com in February 1999 and had served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since inception to June 2009. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2001. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Benioff was employed at Oracle Corporation where he held a number of positions in sales, marketing and product development, lastly as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Benioff also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the salesforce.com/foundation and as a Director of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy. Mr. Benioff received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from the University of Southern California. He did not stand for re-election in the year 2009.
Smith, Graham Mr. Graham Smith has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce.com, Inc. since March 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Designate from December 2007 to March 2008. Prior to salesforce.com, Mr. Smith was at Advent Software Inc. and served as its Chief Financial Officer from January 2003 to December 2007. In addition to Advent Software, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Vitria Technology and Nuance Communications, and also served at Oracle Corporation in various senior finance roles, lastly as Vice President of Finance for worldwide operations. Dennerline, Doug Mr. Doug Dennerline is Executive Vice President - Enterprise Sales, Americas of Salesforce.com. Inc. Mr. Dennerline brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience to the company, having served most recently as senior vice president and general manager of the Collaboration Software Group at Cisco, which includes its software-as-a-service strategy and products, and all WebEx conferencing and collaboration offerings. Mr. Dennerline has close to ten years of leadership experience at Cisco.
