Kevin Cashen

 Mr. Kevin B. Cashen has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Carrollton Bancorp effective April 19, 2013.

Edward Schneider

 Mr. Edward J. Schneider has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Carrollton Bancorp, effective May 13, 2013. Prior to his appointment and since 2009, Mr. Schneider served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Annapolis Bancorp and its bank subsidiary, BankAnnapolis, where he directed the accounting, finance, human resources, residential mortgage and information technology departments. Between 2005 and 2009, he served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of CitiFinancial Branch Network, where he managed 160 financial professionals in the fiscal and accounting operations of approximately 1,600 consumer loan branches and the Citigroup auto lending business and credit insurance business. Between 1986 and 2005, Mr. Schneider held management positions at several other financial institutions, including at MBNA, Citigroup, and First Fidelity Bancorporation. Mr. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University.

Michael Camiel

 Mr. Michael J. Camiel is Chief Credit Officer, Senior Vice President of Carrollton Bancorp. He was previously Vice President – Chief Credit Officer from March 2003 to March 2007. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Camiel was a Relationship Manager with Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development from June 1999 to March 2003.

 Mr. Gary M. Jewell is Senior Vice President – Electronic Banking of Carrollton Bancorp. He was previously Senior Vice President and Retail Delivery Group Manager from March 1996 to July 1998. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Jewell was Director of Product Management and Point of Sale Services for the MOST EFT network in Reston, Virginia from March 1995 to March 1996.

 Ms. Deanna L. Lintz is Senior Vice President – Branch Administration of Carrollton Bancorp. She was previously Relationship Manager/Business Banking for M&T Bank from February 2006 to March 2007. Ms. Lintz held a similar position at Provident Bank from September 2004 to February 2006. Prior to September 2004, Ms. Lintz spent 14 years with Bank of America.

David Seyler

 Mr. David L. Seyler is Senior Vice President - Cash Management and Operations of Carrollton Bancorp. He joined the Company in April 2010 as Vice President/Cash Management and was promoted to Senior Vice President/Cash Management and Operations in January 2011. Prior to April 2010, Mr. Seyler held the position of Vice President/Cash Management and Branch Administration with Bradford Bank for two years where he managed the Branch Administration group and was responsible for the development, management and sales of all retail and commercial products. Mr. Seyler was a Vice President/Transaction Processing with Mercantile from 1998 to 2007 where he managed the daily operations of their Transaction Processing Department and was an Operations Manager with First American Bank of Washington from 1983 to 1998.

Lola Stokes

 Mrs. Lola B. Stokes is Senior Vice President and Compliance/CRA Director of the Bank of Carrollton Bancorp. She was previously Senior Vice President in charge of Bank Secrecy Act at Provident Bank since January 2005. Prior to that, Mrs. Stokes held the position of Vice President of Compliance at Carrollton Bank from July 2000 to January 2005.

Robert Aumiller

 Mr. Robert J. Aumiller is Director of Carrollton Bancorp. Mr. Aumiller is an Attorney and is President and General Counsel of Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and development company, and has been with the company since 1983. For more than 25 years, Mr. Aumiller has been involved in brokerage and real estate development of various commercial real estate projects. He was admitted to the Maryland State bar in 1973. Mr. Aumiller currently serves on the board of Keswick Multicare Center, Inc. and Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc.

 Mr. Steven K. Breeden is Independent Director of Carrollton Bancorp. Mr. Breeden is currently a managing member of Security Development LLC and related real estate and development companies, a position he has held since 1980. Mr. Breeden is a director of the Home Builders Association of Maryland and the Maryland Community Builders Foundation boards. He has previously served on various charitable boards including The Columbia Foundation and Leadership Howard County Boards of Trustees. Mr. Breeden has an undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.

 Mr. Harold I. Hackerman is Independent Director of Carrollton Bancorp. Mr. Hackerman has been President of Ellin & Tucker, a certified public accounting firm, since 2008, Vice President from 1984 to 2008, and has provided audit, accounting and consulting services since 1973. He is also a director and officer of a charitable institution. He is a director of the Lexington National Insurance Company.
