| Reed, Donald | Mr. Donald Reed was elected to the Board of CSG Systems International, Inc. in May 2005 and has been appointed as Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2010. He currently is retired, having served as Chief Executive Officer of Cable & Wireless Global from May 2000 to January 2003. Cable & Wireless Global, Cable & Wireless plc’s wholly owned operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Japan, is a provider of internet protocol (IP) and data services to business customers. From June 1998 until May 2000, Mr. Reed served Cable & Wireless in various other executive positions. Mr. Reed’s career includes 30 years at NYNEX Corporation (now part of Verizon), a regional telephone operating company. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Reed served NYNEX Corporation as President and Group Executive with responsibility for directing the company’s regional, national and international government affairs, public policy initiatives, legislative and regulatory matters, and public relations. Mr. Reed currently is a director of Idearc Media (formerly Verizon Yellow Pages) and Aggregate Industries in London, England, a wholly owned subsidiary of Holcim Group located in Switzerland. |
