Jack Daugherty |
Mr. Jack R. Daugherty is Chairman of the Board of Cash America International, Inc. Mr. Daugherty is founder and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since inception. He was also Chief Executive Officer from inception until his retirement in February 2000. Mr. Daugherty has owned and operated pawnshops since 1971. |

Mr. Daniel R. Feehan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Cash America International Inc. Mr. Feehan has been Chief Executive Officer and President since February 2000. Mr. Feehan served as President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1990 until February 2000, except that he served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of one of subsidiaries from February 1998 to February 1999 before returning to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Feehan became a director in 1984 and joined full-time in 1988, serving as Chief Financial Officer before becoming President and Chief Operating Officer in 1990. Mr. Feehan currently serves as a director at AZZ incorporated and RadioShack Corporation where he has served since 2000 and 2003, respectively. |

David Fisher |
Mr. David A. Fisher is Chief Executive Officer - E-Commerce Division of Cash America International Inc., since January 29, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fisher was Chief Executive Officer of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. (“optionsXpress”) from October 2007 until The Charles Schwab Corporation acquired the business in September 2011. Following the acquisition, Mr. Fisher served as President of optionsXpress until March 2012. Mr. Fisher also served as the President of optionsXpress from March 2007 to October 2007 and as the Chief Financial Officer of optionsXpress from August 2004 to March 2007. Prior to joining optionsXpress, Mr. Fisher served as Chief Financial Officer of Potbelly Sandwich Works from February 2001 to July 2004, and before that in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Prism Financial Corporation. In addition, Mr. Fisher has served on the Board of Directors of InnerWorkings, Inc., since November 2011 and has served on the Board of Directors of GrubHub, Inc., a venture-backed company, since May 2012. Mr. Fisher also served on the Board of Directors of optionsXpress from October 2007 until September 2011 and CBOE Holdings, Inc. from January 2007 until October 2011. Mr. Dennis J. Weese is President - Retail Services Division of Cash America International Inc., since July 30, 2008. He joined the Company as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer – Retail Services Division in September 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Weese was Chief Operating Officer of On The Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, a restaurant company within the Brinker International of restaurants from July 2004 until September 2007. Mr. J. Curtis Linscott is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Cash America International Inc., since May 8, 2006. He was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2005. Mr. Linscott joined the Company in 1995, serving as Associate General Counsel and Vice President – Associate General Counsel. Albert Goldstein |
Mr. Albert Goldstein is no longer Director of Cash America International, Inc., effective May 23, 2013. Mr. Goldstein is founder and President of Pangea Properties, a real estate investment trust that was founded in April 2011, and Pangea Equity Partners, a private equity fund that was founded in October 2008 (collectively, “Pangea”). Pangea invests in distressed real estate and related assets and manages multi apartment properties. Mr. Goldstein served as President of E-Commerce Division from July 2007 until October 2008. In conjunction with the acquisition of CashNetUSA (which is now part of e-commerce segment), Mr. Goldstein joined in September 2006 as Executive Vice President – Internet Lending. Prior to September 2003, Mr. Goldstein was an investment banker with Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance/Industrials Coverage practice in New York and worked on various secured and unsecured leveraged debt transactions. |

Mr. Daniel E. Berce is Independent Director of Cash America International, Inc. Mr. Berce has been President and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (formerly AmeriCredit Corp.) since its acquisition by General Motors Company in October 2010. Mr. Berce served as AmeriCredit Corp.’s Chief Executive Officer from August 2005 to October 2010, President from April 2003 to October 2010 and Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer from November 1996 until April 2003. Prior to November 1996, Mr. Berce held various positions with AmeriCredit Corp., including Chief Financial Officer and other positions. He served as a director at AmeriCredit Corp. from November 1990 to October 2010. Before joining AmeriCredit Corp., Mr. Berce was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand.
