Deborah Bevier |
Ms. Deborah L. Bevier is Director of Coinstar Inc. She resigned as the Chairman of the Board of the company effective June 2013. She has been a director of Coinstar since August 2002 and has served as the Board of Directors’ non-employee Chair since October 2008. Ms. Bevier has been a principal of DL Bevier Consulting LLC (an organizational and management consulting firm) since May 2004. Ms. Bevier also served as president of Waldron Consulting, a division of Waldron & Co. (an organizational and management consulting firm), from July 2004 to April 2006. Prior to that time, from 1996 until 2003, Ms. Bevier served as a director, president, and chief executive officer of Laird Norton Financial Group and its predecessor companies (an independent financial advisory services firm). From 1973 to 1996, Ms. Bevier held numerous leadership positions with KeyCorp (a bank holding company), including chairman and chief executive officer of Key Bank of Washington. Ms. Bevier currently serves on the board of directors of F5 Networks, Inc. (a global application delivery networking company). She previously served on the board of directors of Fisher Communications, Inc. (a media and communications company) from July 2003 to December 2010 and Puget Sound Bank (a commercial bank) from August 2006 to June 2008. |
J. Scott Di Valerio |
Mr. J. Scott Di Valerio has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Coinstar, Inc., effective from March 31, 2013. Till then he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Carole McCluskey has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer of Coinstar, Inc., effective 13 August 2012. Carole McCluskey has been with Coinstar since October 2010, most recently serving as the corporate technology leader. During this time, McCluskey has also served as senior vice president of technology at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, Coinstar's wholly-owned subsidiary, the interim head of corporate systems development and the IT program leader at Coinstar and Redbox. Mr. Donald R. Rench is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Legal Officer of Coinstar, Inc. He has served as Chief Legal Officer since April 2011, as General Counsel since August 2002, and as Corporate Secretary since March 2002. Mr. James S. Pinckney has been appointed as Corporate Leader - Strategy and Operations of Coinstar, Inc. Pinckney's previous roles included vice president of North America Transaction Business at Lenovo where he led a $1 billion revenue-generating business unit that delivered product and channel marketing experience, including strategy and execution. Prior to Lenovo, Pinckney held a number of roles at Microsoft over a period of nine years. His last position was as vice president of Worldwide Field Sales, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) division, where he led a sales and business development team responsible for software sales with local OEM partners around the world. While at The Sabre Group, Pinckney was vice president of Airline Solutions responsible for sales and the delivery of consulting and professional services to regional airlines in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Pinckney also spent six years with Hitachi Data Systems Corp., serving as vice president of product services and support, central region, providing software and hardware consulting and support services to Fortune 500 companies. Pinckney holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of South Carolina. |

Ms. Maria D. Stipp is Chief Customer Officer of Coinstar, Inc., since June 27, 2011. Ms. Stipp joins Coinstar with more than 20 years experience in sales and senior management roles in the video game industry and consumer packaged goods. Most recently, Stipp served as the executive vice president and general manager of the Owned Properties Global Business Unit at Activision. During Stipp’s seven-year tenure at Activision, she held various sales and leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility. From February 2004 to April 2011, Ms. Stipp held several positions at Activision Blizzard, Inc.
