Name Description

Maureen Sabia

Miss. Maureen J. Sabia is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. Miss Sabia is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of CTC and President, Maureen Sabia International, a consulting firm. She is also a director of Canadian Tire Bank and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada Audit Committee. Miss Sabia co-authored ‘‘Integrity in the Spotlight – Opportunities for Audit Committees’’ published in 2002 and ‘‘Integrity in the Spotlight – Audit Committees in a High Risk World’’ published in 2005. Miss Sabia serves on the Advisory Board of the Laura L. Sabia Education and Research Endowment at the University of Toronto, is a member of the Board of Trustees of Brock University where she is also Chairman of its Audit Committee, and is a member of the Leadership Council of the Perimeter Institute. Miss Sabia, a lawyer, has had careers in the public and private sectors and served as Chairman of the Export Development Corporation. She is past Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company and immediate past Vice-Chairman of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario. Miss Sabia was formerly a director of Gulf Canada Resources Limited, Hollinger Inc., Laurentian General Insurance Company Inc., O & Y FPT Inc., O & Y Properties Corporation and Skyjack Inc. She has been a member of Chairman of the the Board of Governors of the University of Guelph, Chairman of the Sunnybrook Medical Centre Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for Sunnybrook Medical Centre. Michael Medline

Mr. Michael B. Medline has been appointed as President of Canadian Tire Corp Ltd and President of FGL Sports Ltd., a subsidiary the Company. He was Senior Vice-President, Strategy and Corporate Development for Abitibi-Consolidated Inc., Mr. Medline joined Canadian Tire in March 2001. He has experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, logistics, marketing and law. Mr. Medline graduated from University of Western, Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Stephen Wetmore

John Salt

Mr. John D. Salt is the Senior Vice President - Supply Chain of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. In this role, John is responsible for overseeing the flow of goods and supporting flow of information between Canadian Tire’s merchandise suppliers and the retail stores. Since taking this role in 2009, John has been instrumental in upgrading the systems supporting the operations of Canadian Tire’s Logistics and Transportation functions and has deployed upgraded technology within the distribution centres to improve quality and productivity. Most recently, John led the restructuring of the automotive supply chain in support of the Company’s automotive infrastructure initiative. Prior to his current role, John was Vice-President of Distribution, Operations Planning and Express Auto Parts. In this role he had responsibility for oversight of Canadian Tire’s two regional distribution centres, the operations planning centre and the three auto parts depots. Previous roles with Canadian Tire include directing the operations of the A.J. Billes Distribution Centre and the Logistics team that managed Supplier Performance, Channel Enablement, Electronic Commerce and Offshore Supply Chain Operations. Prior to joining Canadian Tire, John had a distinguished career in the consulting and manufacturing industries with a primary focus on operations management. John holds an MBA from York University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.

Candace MacLean

Chad McKinnon

Mr. Chad McKinnon is Chief Operating Officer of FGL Sports of the Company. Prior to his appointment as COO, Mr. McKinnon was senior vice-president of store operations for FGL Sports and Mark's, and had broader responsibilities with National Sports. During his career, Mr. McKinnon has worked across virtually every area of the business, including leading customer service, training programs and in-store visual presentations. More recently, he and his team were responsible for the opening of Sport Chek's new 80,000-square-foot flagship store in West Edmonton Mall.

Mary Turner

Ms. Mary L. Turner is Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Tire Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. Ms. Turner build on the success achieved at Financial Services by continuing to pursue growth opportunities and closely managing operational costs and credit risk. Previously the chief merchandising officer and senior vice-president at Mark's and FGL Sports, Mr. White has a strong background in licensing, product development, sourcing and production for both controlled and private-label goods. Owen Billes

Mr. Owen G. Billes is a Director of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. Mr. Billes is President, Sandy McTyre Retail Ltd., which operates a Canadian Tire store in Welland, Ontario. Mr. Billes is also a director of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and Canadian Tire Bank. Mr. Billes joined the Company in 1992 as Changeover Consultant, Dealer Changeover. Mr. Claude L'Heureux is a Director of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. Mr. L’Heureux is President of Gestion Claude L’Heureux Inc., which operates a Canadian Tire Store in Orl ´eans (Ottawa), Ontario. Mr. L’Heureux has been a Canadian Tire Dealer since 1983 and has operated a number of Canadian Tire stores in Ontario and Quebec. She is Chairman of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. Ms. Billes is the daughter of the Company’s co-founder, A.J. Billes, and has beneficially owned or controlled a majority of the Common Shares of CTC since 1997. She is also a director of Tire ‘N’ Me Pty. Ltd. and is Honourary Consul Emeritus for the Republic of Chile, Southern Alberta Region. Ms. Billes has served on the boards of several public companies. She received an Honorary Doctor of Laws Calgary, Alberta, degree from the University of Guelph in 2013 and an Honorary Doctorate of Commerce degree from Ryerson Canada University in 2002. Pierre Boivin

Mr. Pierre Boivin is Independent Director of the company. Mr. Boivin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Claridge Inc., a private investment firm in Montreal. Mr. Boivin serves on the boards of National Bank of Canada and CH Group, owner of the Montreal Canadiens. John Furlong

Mr. John A. F. Furlong is Independent Director of Canadian Tire Corporation Limited. James Goodfellow
