Name Description

Tony Bellas

Mr. Tony Bellas, ASA, is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Corporate Travel Management Ltd. He has more than 26 years of experience in both the government and private sectors. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ergon Energy, CS Energy and Seymour Group. Prior to this, he was Queensland’s Deputy Under Treasurer, with oversight of various Queensland Treasury operations, including Fiscal Strategy, Office of Government Owned Corporations and Office of State Revenue. He was involved in the merger of Suncorp and QIDC entities into the listed company, Metway Bank, creating the Suncorp Metway group. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of ERM Power Limited, ERM Power Retail Pty Ltd and Australian Water (Qld) Pty ltd. He was a Non-Executive Director of Watpac Limited from January 2008 to October 2010. He is member of Audit and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as Chair of Nominations Committee at the Company. He holds Master of Business Administration degree, Bachelor of Economics degree and Diploma of Education (DipEd). He is Fellow of Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Jamie Pherous

Mr. Jamie Pherous is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Corporate Travel Management Ltd. He founded CTM in Brisbane in 1994. He has worked with Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young) as a Chartered Accountant covering business services and financial consulting in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates. He was a co-founder of Quickbeds.com.au, which was sold to Flight Centre Group in 2003. He is a Director of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Steve Fleming

Mr. Steve Fleming currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the finance function, treasury management, stakeholder liaison and strategic planning in conjunction with the Board of Corporate Travel Management Ltd. He was reappointed as Joint Company Secretary at the Company on April 21, 2011. He has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial finance roles gained across various industries and countries including Abbey National, TrizecHahn, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Arthur Andersen. Prior to joining the Company in 2009, he was Group Finance Manager of Super Retail Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Romeo Cuter

Mr. Romeo Cuter has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, North American Operations of Corporate Travel Management Ltd., with effect from April 2, 2014. Mr. Cuter has a significant background in the corporate travel industry having held senior positions with CWT and FCM North America. His extensive history of growing businesses and building high performing teams is well aligned with CTM’s growth aspirations in North America.

Laura Ruffles

Ms. Laura Ruffles is Chief Executive Officer of Australia & New Zealand at Corporate Travel Management Ltd since March 12, 2013. She has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. She is also part of the group of key senior managers considered to be the chief operating decision makers (CODM) at the Company. In a career of more than 18 years, she has led teams across strategy, operations, product development, relationship management, sales, business planning and technology. She plays a key role in business planning, innovation, client growth, profit contribution and coaching her management team.

Claire Gray

Ms. Gray Claire , DIP TTM, has been Executive Director of Corporate Travel Management Ltd since September 22, 2010. She started her career in the travel industry in 1984 at Harvey World Travel. In 1989, she joined with Craig Smith to form independent travel management company, Travelogic and Macquarie Travel, servicing Macquarie Bank. Travelogic merged with CTM in 2008. She currently holds senior roles in GlobalStar Alliance, including Operating Committee member of the board and Vice Chairman of the Asia Pacific region.

Lyndall McCabe

Ms. Lyndall McCabe has been the Joint Company Secretary of Corporate Travel Management Ltd since August 2, 2010. She has held managerial positions in the Company since 2000, including Finance Manager and National Operations, and Human Resources Manager. She was involved in the acquisition of Rhodes Corporate Travel and the establishment of operation in Sydney. She has more than 12 years of experience in the travel industry sector, having previously employed by a travel consolidator in 2005. She is a Director of several CTM subsidiaries. She is a member of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

Stephen Lonie

Mr. Stephen Edward Lonie, FFin, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Corporate Travel Management Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 38 years of industry experience and a former Managing Partner for Queensland of KPMG. He now practices as an independent management consultant and business adviser. He is the Chairman of The Rock Building Society, Jellinbah Resources Pty Ltd. He was Non-Executive Direct at Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited during 2011 and Chairman at Australian Agriculture Company Limited from 2009 to 2010. He is Chair of Audit and Risk Management Committee, and Member of Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee at the Company. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1972 and 1983 at University of Queensland, Australia. He is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors (FIMCA).

Gregory Moynihan

Mr. Gregory (Greg) John Moynihan, Grad Dip SIA, ASA, FFin, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Corporate Travel Management Ltd. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Metway Bank Limited. He has held senior management and executive positions with Citibank Australia and Suncorp Metway. Since leaving Suncorp Metway in 2003, he pursued his business interests in investment management and private equity sectors. He is a Director of Ausenco Limited, Sunwater Limited, Urban Art Projects Pty Ltd and several private investment companies. He previously held directorship with Cashcard Australia Ltd, LJ Hooker Ltd, RACQ Insurance Ltd, HFA Limited, Suncorp Metway Ltd (various subsidiaries) and First Base Pooled Development Fund. He is member of Audit and Risk Management Committee and Nominations Committee, as well as Chair of Remuneration Committee at the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Robert Natter

Adm. (Retd.) Robert J. Natter is Independent Non-Executive Director of Corporate Travel Management Ltd effective February 5, 2014. Admiral Natter has been actively engaged with CTM as a consultant since September 2013, and brings with him knowledge and experience in the North American market. Retiring from active military service a decade ago, Admiral Natter has since served on a number of USA Boards and Advisory panels in both the corporate and government fields. Currently the Non-Executive Chairman of G4S Government Solutions Inc. and a Non-Executive Director of BAE Systems Inc., Admiral Natter is also Chairman of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association as well as Non-Executive Director of the National U.S. Navy SEAL Museum. In his Navy career, Admiral Natter served as the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet and as the First Commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command, overseeing all Continental U.S. Navy bases, facilities and training operations.
