Kieran O'Sullivan

Mr. Kieran M. O'Sullivan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of CTS Corp. Mr. O'Sullivan, joined CTS on January 7, 2013. Prior to this, Mr. O’Sullivan served as Executive Vice President of Continental AG’s Global Infotainment and Connectivity Business and led the NAFTA Interior Division, having joined Continental AG, a global automotive supplier, in 2006.

Thomas Kroll

Mr. Thomas A. Kroll has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of CTS Corp., since September 1, 2011. Mr. Kroll was elected Vice President and Controller on October 31, 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Kroll served as Controller Group Accounting since joining CTS in November 2000.

John Dudek

Mr. John R. Dudek is Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of CTS Corp since May 2012. Dennis Thornton

Mr. Thornton was elected Vice President of CTS Corporation effective December 3, 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Thornton served as General Manager for Automotive Products SBU since joining CTS in 2006.

Mr. Thomas G. Cody is Lead Independent Director of CTS Corp. He is also a retired Vice Chairman of Macy’s, Inc. (formerly known as Federated Department Stores, Inc.), a nationwide department store retailer, serving from February 2003 through March 2010. Prior to assuming that position, he served as Executive Vice President, Legal and Human Resources of Federated Department Stores, Inc. since 1992. Until May 2008, Mr. Cody was also a director of LCA Vision, Inc.

Vinod Khilnani

Mr. Vinod M. Khilnani is no longer Director of CTS Corp, effective December 31, 2013. He is no longer President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 7, 2013. Mr. Khilnani joined CTS in May 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In July 2007, he was elected President and appointed Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in May of 2009. Mr. Khilnani also serves as a Director of Materion Corporation and is a member of Materion Corporation’s Nominating and Governance Committee and Chairman of its Compensation Committee.

Previously, Mr. Ciancia served as President of Uponor ETI, a supplier of PVC pipe products, specialty chemicals, and PVC compounds.

Patricia Collawn

Ms. Patricia K. Collawn is Independent Director of CTS Corp. Ms. Collawn is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PNM Resources, Inc., a multi-state utilities corporation serving electricity customers. PNM Resources, Inc. is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PNM. Ms. Collawn was named Chairman effective January 1, 2011. In March 2010, she was made a director of PNM Resources, Inc. She was President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2008 and Utilities President at PNM Resources, Inc. from June 2007 to August 2008. Prior to that, Ms. Collawn was President and Chief Executive Officer of Public Service Company of Colorado, an Xcel Energy, Inc. subsidiary, from October 2005.

Mr. Michael A. Henning is Independent Director of CTS Corp. Mr. Henning is the retired Deputy Chairman of Ernst & Young LLP, an independent accounting firm, serving from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Henning served as Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young International, Inc. from 1993 until 1999. Mr. Henning also serves as a director of Omnicom Group, Inc., Landstar System, Inc., and Black Diamond, Inc. (formerly Clarus Corporation). Until October 2009, Mr. Henning was a director of Highlands Acquisition Corporation.

Gordon Hunter

Mr. Gordon B. Hunter is Independent Director of CTS Corp. Mr. Hunter is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, Inc., a global electronics company. Mr. Hunter has served as a director of Littelfuse, Inc. since June 2002, and joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in November 2003. He assumed the role of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, Inc. on January 1, 2005. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Veeco Instruments, Inc., and also serves on the Veeco Instruments, Inc. Compensation Committee. Mr. Hunter also serves on the Council of Advisors of Shure Incorporated.

Ms. Diana Mather Murphy is Independent Director of CTS Corp. Ms. Murphy is currently the Managing Director of Rocksolid Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm, serving in that capacity since January of 2007. From 1997 to that time, she was a Managing Director at Chartwell Capital Management Company, a private equity firm.
