Name Description

Thomas Bogan

Mr. Thomas F. Bogan is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Citrix Systems Inc. Since August 2011, Mr. Bogan has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Parametric Technology Corporation, a publicly-traded company that develops, markets and supports product development software solutions. Since January 2010, Mr. Bogan has been a Venture Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm. From May 2004 to December 2009, Mr. Bogan was a Partner at Greylock Partners. Prior to serving at Greylock, Mr. Bogan was President of Rational Software, an S&P 500 enterprise software company, from 2000 until its sale to IBM in 2003. He previously had served Rational as its Chief Operating Officer and as General Manager of its testing business from 1996 to 2000. Prior to working at Rational, Mr. Bogan was President and Chief Executive Officer of two early stage technology companies that focused on networking and peripheral products. Mr. Bogan’s earlier background was in finance, and he served as a financial officer in public and private companies as well as positions in public accounting.

Mark Templeton

Mr. Mark B. Templeton has been re-appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Citrix Systems Inc., effective February 3, 2014. He served as President since January 1998 and as Chief Executive Officer from June 2001 to the present. He was elected to Board in May 1998. Mr. Templeton is a member of the Board of Directors of Equifax, Inc., a publicly-traded credit reporting company.

David Henshall

Mr. David J. Henshall has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Principal Financial Officer of Citrix Systems Inc., effective February 12, 2015. He has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective February 3, 2015. He has worked at several leading companies. Mr. David R. Friedman is Senior Vice President - Human Resources, General Counsel of Citrix Systems Inc. He served as Secretary from October 2002 to February 2008. From October 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Friedman served as General Counsel, Corporate Vice President - - Human Resources and Secretary.

Christopher Hylen

Mr.Christopher Hylen has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, SaaS Division of Citrix Systems Inc., since July 2013. Prior to joining Citrix, Mr. Hylen was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Payment Solutions at Intuit, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of business and financial management solutions for small businesses, consumers and accounting professionals from August 2010 to July 2013. Mr. Hylen also served as Intuit’s Vice President Marketing Small Business Group from April 2010 to August 2010 and its Vice President Growth, Intuit Payment Solutions from September 2006 to May 2010. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management from April 2003 to September 2005 and Deputy Vice President Marketing from December 2001 to September 2005 at Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a publicly-traded company that provides business outsourcing solutions.

Sudhakar Ramakrishna

Mr. Sudhakar Ramakrishna is Senior Vice President, General Manager - Enterprise and Service Provider Division of Citrix Systems Inc. Prior to joining Citrix, Mr. Ramakrishna served as President of Products and Services at Polycom, Inc., a publicly-trade provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions, from February 2012 to March 2013. Mr. Ramakrishna also served as Polycom’s Executive Vice President and General Manager, Unified Communications Solutions and Chief Development Officer from February 2011 to February 2012 and as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Unified Communications Products and Chief Development Officer from October 2010 to February 2011. Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Ramakrishna served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Wireless Broadband Access Solutions and Software at Motorola, Inc., a mobile infrastructure company, from May 2007 to October 2010.

Alvaro Monserrat

Mr. Alvaro J. Monserrat is no longer serve as Senior Vice President - Sales and Services of Citrix Systems Inc., effective April 1, 2015. From July 2007 to July 2008, Mr. Monserrat served as our Vice President of Channels and Emerging Products. Mr. Monserrat also served as our Vice President of North America Sales from October 2003 to July 2007, as our Vice President of Worldwide Field Services from March 2002 to October 2003, as our Vice President of Consulting Services from December 2001 to March 2002, and as Director of Consulting Services from February 2000 to December 2001.

Carlos Sartorius

Mr. Carlos Sartorius is Senior Vice President - Worldwide Sales and Services of the Company. Sartorius was formerly managing director and vice president of the Citrix EMEA organization, headquartered in Switzerland, which he has run since joining Citrix in 2011. Sartorius is a senior global executive with deep cross-functional expertise in the technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to his time at Citrix, Sartorius held a range of senior industry leadership positions, most recently with HP, where he was vice president and general manager of HP's networking business unit in EMEA. Prior to that he served as CEO of Orange Business Services; president for Avaya's EMEA business; and in a number of leadership roles for Motorola, including vice president and general manager of its Government and Enterprise Mobility Solutions business in EMEA.

Robson Grieve

Mr. Robson Grieve is Senior Vice President - Marketing of the Company. Grieve is a senior and proven marketing leader, with an extensive background in brand development, integrated marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, product management and marketing analytics. Most recently, he was executive vice president of global marketing and customer experience with Concur, a cloud-based software company recently acquired by SAP. Prior to Concur, Grieve led the growth of Creature, an internationally recognized creative and strategy agency based in Seattle and London. Earlier, he worked in a number of executive marketing roles with Corbis, Vitessa and Radical Entertainment. He started his career as an account executive with Silicon Valley PR leader, A&R Partners.

Catherine Courage

Ms. Catherine Courage is Senior Vice President - Customer Experience of Citrix Systems Inc. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Courage served as Vice President of Product Design from March 2009 to September 2012. From September 2004 to March 2009, Ms. Courage served as Director, User Experience for salesforce.com, inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud computing and social enterprise solutions.

Geir Ramleth

Mr. Geir Ramleth is Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. Ramleth will be responsible for a range of strategic, technical and operational teams to fully realize the company’s vision of a software-defined workplace. Ramleth has extensive financial, technical and senior leadership experience with a number of large-scale global organizations. From 2002 until 2013 he served as SVP and Chief Information Officer of Bechtel Corporation, where he led the company’s global transformation to cloud-based workplace services. He also served as president and CEO of Genuity, a Bechtel Enterprises company formed to deliver Internet and data services until its sale to GTE. Mr. Ramleth has also held management positions with Oracle, PageMart Wireless, and PacTel Personal Communications.

David Zalewski is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer of Company., effective February 12, 2015. He has served as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since November 2014 and as Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Company since May 2004.

Rakesh Narasimhan

Mr. Rakesh Narasimhan is the Group Vice President, General Manager - Desktop Virtualization of Citrix Systems Inc. A seasoned tech and business leader, Narasimhan brings more than 25 years of software industry experience to Citrix. Narasimhan spent 15 years at Microsoft serving as general manager for several business lines in the Server and Tools division covering Microsoft Azure, SQLServer, Windows Server, Windows Client, virtualization, storage, data protection and security products. Most recently, he served as president and CEO at InstallFree, a developer of application portability, virtualization and access solutions that delivered Microsoft Office as a subscription-based cloud service to any device. He worked at Oracle in senior roles in the areas of databases, transaction-processing systems and distributed systems.

Robert Calderoni

Mr. Robert (Bob) M. Calderoni is Director of the Company. Mr. Calderoni previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ariba, Inc., an SAP company, and as a member of the Global Managing Board at SAP AG between 2012 and 2014. Prior to the acquisition of Ariba by SAP in May 2012, Mr. Calderoni was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ariba, beginning in July 2003. Prior to that, he held the roles of president and CEO and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ariba in November 2000, Mr. Calderoni served as Chief Financial Officer at Avery Dennison Corporation, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller at Apple Computer, and Vice President of Finance at IBM Corp. Mr. Calderoni also serves as a member of the board of directors of Juniper Networks and KLA-Tencor. Mr. Calderoni is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting & Finance from Fordham University.

Francis deSouza

Mr. Francis deSouza is Director of the Company. Mr. deSouza began his career at IBM’s TJ Watson Research Center and went on to consult on technical and change management projects with Gemini. Later, he founded two technology companies, both of which were acquired, and spent time at Microsoft before serving in five different executive roles at Symantec, including group president, enterprise products and services.Today deSouza serves as president and as a member of the board of directors of Illumina, a global leader in genomic sequencing and array-based technology. Mr. deSouza holds Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and will serve on the Strategy Committee of the Citrix board of directors.

Nanci Caldwell

Ms. Nanci E. Caldwell is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc. Since 2005, Ms. Caldwell has served as a member of a number of Boards of both public and private technology companies, including current memberships on the Boards of Directors of Deltek, Inc., a publicly-traded enterprise management software company, and Tibco Software Inc., a publicly-traded business integration and process management software company. During 2005 and 2006, Ms. Caldwell worked as a project-based technology consultant. From April 2001 to December 2004, Ms. Caldwell was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for PeopleSoft, Inc., a publicly-held human resource management software company, until it was acquired by Oracle Corporation, or Oracle, a publicly-traded software company, in December 2004. Ms. Caldwell also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Network General, now NetScout Inc., a publicly-traded provider of integrated network performance management solutions, from 2005 to 2007 and Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a then publicly-traded provider of performance management software acquired by Oracle in 2007, from 2006 to 2007.

Robert Daleo

Mr. Robert D. Daleo is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc., effective May 7, 2013. Mr. Daleo has been a member of the Board of Directors of Equifax Inc., a publicly-traded global provider of information solutions and human resources business process outsourcing services, since 2006. Mr. Daleo retired as Vice Chairman of Thomson Reuters, a publicly-traded global provider of integrated information solutions to business and professional customers, in December 2012. Mr. Daleo was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Reuters or its predecessors from 1998 through 2011, and a member of The Thomson Corporation board of directors from 2001 to April 2008. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Daleo served in senior operations, planning, finance and business development positions with Thomson Reuters. Prior to joining The Thomson Corporation, he held various financial and operations positions with The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., a publicly-traded content and analytics provider, and Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of business outsourcing solutions.

Murray Demo

Mr. Murray J. Demo is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc. Since May 2012, Mr. Demo has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Xoom Corporation, a publicly-traded global online money transfer provider. From May 2009 until June 2012, Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dolby Laboratories, a publicly-traded in entertainment technologies. From September 2007 to June 2008, Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer of LiveOps, a privately-held virtual call center company. Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Postini, Inc., a security software company, from May 2007 until it was acquired by Google Inc. in September 2007. Mr. Demo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2005 to May 2006, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2000 to April 2005, Vice President and Corporate Controller from October 1999 to June 2000, Corporate Controller from July 1998 to October 1999, Senior Director of Finance, Product Divisions from February 1998 to July 1998 and Director of Operations Finance from August 1996 to February 1998 for Adobe Systems Incorporated, a computer software company.

Stephen Dow

Mr. Stephen M. Dow is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc. He has served as a director of Citrix since July 1989 and served as Board’s Chairperson from May 2002 to May 2005. Since 1983, Mr. Dow has served as a general partner of Sevin Rosen Funds, a venture capital investment firm. Mr. Dow serves on the Board of Directors of Cytokinetics, Inc., a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company.

Asiff Hirji

Mr. Asiff S. Hirji is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc. Mr. Hirji has been a member of the Board of Directors of Advent Software, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of software and services for the global investment management industry since September 2011. Since April 2007, Mr. Hirji has served as a Partner of TPG Capital, L.P., a global private investment firm. From October 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Hirji served as the President, Client Group, of TD Ameritrade Holding Company, a publicly-traded provider of securities brokerage services. Mr. Hirji served as Chief Operating Officer of TD Ameritrade from July 2005 until October 2006 and as Chief Information Officer of Ameritrade from April 2003 until July 2005.

Gary Morin

Mr. Gary E. Morin is no longer an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc., effective March 15, 2015. From September 2005 until March 2006, Mr. Morin served as Executive Vice President of Lexmark International, Inc., a publicly-traded laser and inkjet printer and supplies company. From 2000 until September 2005, Mr. Morin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lexmark. Mr. Morin has served as a director of Sealy Corp., a publicly-traded bedding manufacturer, since 2006 and as a director of Infogroup Inc., a publicly-traded compiler of proprietary databases, from October 2008 until July 2010 when it was acquired by CCMP Capital Advisors.

Godfrey Sullivan

Mr. Godfrey R. Sullivan is an Independent Director of Citrix Systems Inc. Mr. Sullivan is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Splunk Inc., a publicly-traded information technology search software company. Prior to Splunk, Mr. Sullivan worked for Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a then publicly-traded software company, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 through 2004 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2004 until its acquisition by Oracle in April 2007. Mr. Sullivan served on the Board of Directors of Informatica Corporation, a publicly-traded data integration company from 2008 to June 2013.
