Cousins, Thomas Mr. Thomas G. Cousins is Chairman Emeritus of Cousins Properties Inc. He has been founder and former Chairman of the Board, has served as Chairman Emeritus of Cousins Properties, Inc. since December 2006. In this role he is invited to attend Board meetings, but does not have the right to vote as a Director.
Glover, S. Taylor Mr. S. Taylor Glover has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Cousins Properties Incorporated effective June 8, 2009. He has served as Director of Cousins Properties. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Turner Enterprises, Inc., a privately held investment and management company, since March 2002.
