Michael Grandin |
Mr. Michael A. Grandin serves as an Independent Chairman of the Board of Cenovus Energy Inc. He is also director of BNS Split Corp. II, an investment fund, and HSBC Bank Canada. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fording Canadian Coal Trust, a publicly traded mining trust, from February 2003 to October 2008 when it was acquired by Teck Cominco Limited. He was President of PanCanadian Energy Corporation from October 2001 to April 2002 when it merged with Alberta Energy Company Ltd. to form Encana Corporation. Mr. Grandin served as Dean of the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary from April 2004 to January 2006. |

Mr. Brian C. Ferguson serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Non-Independent Director of Cenovus Energy Inc. Mr. Ferguson became President & Chief Executive Officer when Cenovus was formed on November 30, 2009.
