Mr. Richard A. Snell is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. He has served as a Director since August 2004 and as Chairman since March 2010. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Qualitor, Inc. since May 2005 and as an Operating Partner at HCI Partners since 2003. Mr. Snell served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation, an automotive parts manufacturer, where he served from 1996 to 2000, and as Chief Executive Officer at Tenneco Automotive, also an automotive parts manufacturer, where he was employed from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Snell served as a Director of Schneider National, Inc., a multi-national trucking company, and as a member of their Compensation and Governance Committees from 1996 to 2011 |
Mervin Dunn |
Mr. Mervin Dunn is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. Mr. Dunn has served as a Director since August 2004 and as President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2002. Mr. Dunn’s tenure with CVG dates back to October 1999 when he served as President of Trim Systems through June 2002. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Dunn served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bliss Technologies, a heavy metal stamping company. Mr. Dunn also spent 10 years with Arvin Industries from 1988 to 1998 in a number of key leadership roles, including Vice President of Operating Systems (Arvin North America), Vice President of Quality, and President of Arvin Ride Control. Mr. Dunn served in a number of management positions in engineering and quality assurance, including Division Quality Manager, at Johnson Controls Automotive Group. Mr. Dunn also has engineering and quality management experience with Hyster Corporation, a manufacturer of heavy lift trucks. Mr. Chad M. Utrup is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. Mr. Utrup has served as the Chief Financial Officer since January 2003 and as an Executive Vice President since January 2009, and prior thereto served as the Vice President of Finance at Trim Systems since 2000. Prior to joining the Company in February 1998, Mr. Utrup served as a project management group member at Electronic Data Systems. Mr. William Gordon Boyd is no longer Executive Vice President, President - Indian and Australian Markets of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., effective September 1, 2013. He was appointed as President of the Indian and Australian markets of the Company on October 18, 2012. He served as President - Seating Systems of the company until June 1, 2012.
