Name Description

Richard Connell

 Mr. Richard Connell is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of CVS Group plc. Mr. Connell is a Chartered Accountant and worked in investment management with 3i Group, Invesco and HSBC. In addition to his role with CVS, he is Chairman of Ideal Stelrad, one of Europe’s heating businesses, Maynard & Harris, a manufacturer of packaging in the UK and US, and Goldshield, a pharmaceutical business and was previously Chairman of Dignity plc for a number of years. Mr. Connell is Chairman of the Nominations Committee.

Simon Innes

 Mr. Simon Innes is Chief Executive, Executive Director of CVS Group Plc. Mr. Innes was appointed as Chief Executive in January 2004. Prior to this he was Chief Executive of Vision Express from 2000 to 2004, over which time he built the business up to £220m turnover and 205 practices, and reversed a lossmaking position to create one of the most profitable corporate optical operators in the UK. Prior to Vision Express, Mr. Innes was on the board of Hamleys PLC as Operations Director and gained ten years management experience at Marks & Spencer. He also served seven years in the British Army, achieving the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.

 Mr. Nicholas John Perrin has been appointed as Group Finance Director, Director of CVS Group Plc., effective November 15, 2012. Nick Perrin, a Chartered Accountant, is currently the Interim Chief Financial Officer with Praesepe PLC, a UK bingo and gaming centre operator. Between 2008 and 2011, Nick was the Finance Director at Genting UK PLC, the UK's casino operator. Prior to this, Nick spent nine years at the Co-operative Group, first as the group's Financial Controller and then as the Director of Finance for the group's Specialist Retail Division, including Pharmacy, Funerals and Travel. He also serves as a Director of Co-Operative Marketing And Trading Group Limited, Treboro Consultancy Limited. Mike McCollum

 Mr. Mike K. McCollum has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of CVS Group PLC., effective April 2, 2013. Mr. McCollum is Chief Executive Officer of Dignity plc ("Dignity"). Mr. McCollum joined Dignity's former parent, Service Corporation International, in 1995 from KPMG Corporate Finance in London. He was appointed as the Finance Director of Dignity at the end of 2001 and became Chief Executive Officer at the beginning of 2009. He has a law degree from Birmingham University (LL.B), is a qualified solicitor and also holds an MBA from Warwick University.
