Lorenzo Zambrano Trevino

 Mr. Lorenzo H. Zambrano Trevino serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEMEX SAB de CV. He joined the Company in 1968 and was named Chief Operating Officer in 1981, position he held until 1985 when he became CEO of the Company. He was named Chairman of the Company's Board in 1995 and has been its Member since 1979. In the past, he was Member of the Presidency of Daimler Chrysler AG until 2005; Board Member of the Post Graduate School of the Stanford University until 2006; Board Member of Vitro SAB de CV until 2007; Board Member of Alfa SAB de CV until 2008; Board Member of Grupo Televisa SAB de CV and Banamex until April 2009; Board Member of FEMSA and Member of Citigroup's International Advisory Board until 2011, and Chairman of the Board of Ensenanza e Investigacion Superior AC until February 2012. Currently, he acts as Board Member of Cementos Chihuahua, IBM and Ensenanza e Investigacion. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University.

Karl Watson

 Mr. Karl H. Watson Jr. has served as President of CEMEX USA Region of CEMEX SAB de CV since April 12, 2011. He joined CEMEX in 2007. Since then he has held several senior positions in the company’s operations in Florida and the Eastern region of the United States. Before joining CEMEX he headed the ready-mix concrete and concrete products divisions of Rinker in the USA and Australia. From 2008 to 2009, he was Chairman of the Concrete Products Association in Florida, and from 2011 until 2013, he was a Member of the Executive Committee of the Portland Cement Association.
