Russell Goldsmith

Mr. Russell D. Goldsmith is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of City National Corp. He is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, City National Bank. Previously, he served on the boards of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.

Mohamad Ali

Mr. Mohamad S. Ali has been appointed as Independent Director of City National Corp and its subsidiary, City National Bank effective September 1, 2013. Before joining Hewlett-Packard in 2012, Ali served as CEO of the workforce optimization division of Aspect.
