Thomas Farrell

Mr. Thomas F. Farrell, II, is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Resources Inc. He has been Chairman of the Board since April 2007. He has been President and CEO of Dominion from January 2006 to date; Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Virginia Power from February 2006 to date; Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and CEO of CNG from January 2006 to June 2007; Director of Dominion from March 2005 to April 2007. Mr. Farrell is a director of Altria Group, Inc. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.

Robert Blue

He also earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of Virginia'sDarden School of Business.

David Heacock

Mr. David A. Heacock has been appointed as President and Chief Nuclear Officer- Dominion Nuclear of Dominion Resources Inc., Effective January 01, 2014. Diane Leopold

She received a master's degree in electrical engineering (energy conversion, power and transmission) in 1993 from George Washington University and an MBA in 1998 from Virginia Commonwealth University.

She serves or has served on a number of boards, including those of the Valentine Richmond History Center (current chair), the United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg (former chair), The Community Foundation, CenterStage Foundation, the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Foundation, Bon Secours Richmond Health System, Venture Richmond and the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation. She was a 2010 YWCA Outstanding Women honoree in the volunteerism category. Dr. Royal received an M.D. from Eastern Virginia Medical School of the Medical College of Hampton Roads and served her residency at Howard University Hospital in dermatology.

Robert Spilman

Mr. Robert H. Spilman, Jr., is Independent Director of Dominion Resources Inc. Mr. Spilman has been president and chief executive officer of Bassett Furniture Industries, Incorporated, a furniture manufacturer and distributor, since 2000. He is a director of Harris Teeter Supermarkets, Inc. and Bassett Furniture Industries, Incorporated. Mr. Spilman serves on the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges and previously was chairman of the Board of Directors of New College Institute. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

David Wollard
