Daniel Carp

Mr. Daniel A. Carp is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Delta Air Lines Inc., since April 30, 2007. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Eastman Kodak Company from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Carp was President of Eastman Kodak Company from 1997 to 2003.

Richard Hirst

Mr. Richard Ben Hirst is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Delta Air Lines Inc. Before being appointed to a leadership position at Delta in 2008, Hirst served as Northwest Airlines' senior vice president - Corporate Affairs and General Counsel since 2007, where he was responsible for the company's legal affairs and communications. Prior to that, he held leadership positions including executive vice president and chief legal officer of KB Home, executive vice president and general counsel of Burger King Corporation, general counsel of the Minnesota Twins, senior vice president and general counsel of Northwest Airlines during an earlier stint and vice president, general counsel and secretary at Continental Airlines. Hirst graduated from Harvard College in 1969 and Harvard Law School in 1972.

Kevin Shinkle

Mr. Kevin Shinkle has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer of the Company, effective May 7, 2014. Shinkle joins Delta from the executive ranks of the Associated Press where he began in 2008 as assistant business editor directing financial markets coverage. He held positions of increasing responsibility at the Associated Press, most recently serving as business editor, managing coverage of business and finance worldwide with a team of approximately 70 editors and reporters in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Shinkle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and History from Hillsdale College. He also is a member of the Board of Governors for SABEW.

Francis Blake

Mr. Francis S. Blake is appointed as Director of Delta Air Lines, Inc., effective July 25, 2014. Mr. Blake serves as Chairman and CEO of The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. Blake served as The Home Depot’s Vice Chairman from October 2006 to January 2007 and as Executive Vice President – Business Development and Corporate Operations from 2002 through 2006. Previously, Blake served in a variety of executive positions at General Electric Company, including as Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development in charge of all mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions worldwide. From June 2001 to February 2002, Blake was Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy. Blake also is a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Aquarium. Blake received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School.

John Brinzo

Mr. John S. Brinzo is an Independent Director of Delta Air Lines Inc since April 30, 2007. Mr. Brinzo was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cliffs Natural Resources, Inc. Mr. William H. Easter, III, is an Independent Director of Delta Air Lines Inc. Mr. Easter was chairman, president and CEO of DCP Midstream LLC (formerly Duke Energy Field Services, LLC) from 2004 until his retirement in 2008. During Mr. Easter’s 30 year career at ConocoPhillips, he served as Vice President of State Government Affairs from 2002 to 2004 and as General Manager of the Gulf Coast Refining, Marketing and Transportation Business Unit from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Kenneth C. Rogers is an Independent Director of Delta Air Lines Inc., since April 14, 2008. Mr. Rogers has been a Delta pilot since 1990 and is currently a pilot of a Boeing 767ER aircraft. He served as a nonvoting associate member of Delta’s Board of Directors, designated by the Delta MEC, from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Rogers was a pilot in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1990.
