Edelstenne, Charles Mr. Charles Edelstenne is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dassault Systemes S.A. He founded Dassault Systemes in 1981 and was Managing Director until it was transformed into a societe anonyme in 1993. From 1993 to 2002, Mr. Edelstenne was Chairman and Managing Director (CEO) of Dassault Systemes S.A. He currently holds several other mandates, including Chairman and Managing Director (CEO) of Dassualt Aviation, Member of the Supervisory Board of Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault SAS, Director of Sogitec Industries SA, Chairman of Dassault Falocn Jet Corporation and President of Dassault International, Inc.
Charles, Bernard Mr. Bernard Charles has been Managing Director (CEO) of Dassault Systemes S.A. since May 28, 2002. He is also President and Member of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Committee of Dassault Systemes S.A. He was appointed President on September 1, 1995 and has been Member of the Board of Directors since April 8, 1993. Dors, Laurence Ms. Laurence Dors was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Global Development and Resources of Dassault Systemes S.A. on April 1, 2008. She was previously Secretary General of EADS from 2003 and EADS International from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, she was Secretary General within the International Affairs division of Lagardere and then the International division of Aerospatiale Matra from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Dors also served as a Technical Advisor on international economic affairs to the French Prime Minister and the Minister of the Economy, and also held various roles in international affairs within the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Droit, Etienne Mr. Etienne Droit has been Executive Vice President of PLM Value Selling Channel of Dassault Systemes S.A. since 2007. De Meyer, Arnoud Prof. Arnoud De Meyer is Independent Director and Member of the Scientific Committee of Dassault Systemes S.A. He is a Professor of Management and Head of the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. He is also External Member of the Management Board of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform of the British Government. Prof. De Meyer was previously Professor of Technology Management and Deputy Dean of INSEAD, in charge of Administration and External Relations.
