G. Scott Moore

 Mr. G. Scott Moore is President, Director of Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. He resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the company effective November 28, 2012. He is an experienced business executive with over 20 years in the resource and durable goods sector. Mr. Moore has been an officer of the Company since July 2009. Mr. Moore was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Franc-Or Resources Corporation from July 2008 until November 2009. From mid-2003 until November 2005, Mr. Moore was a senior manager at WBM, the distribution division of Weyerhaeuser. Mr. Moore holds a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Moore is also an officer of Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd.

 Mr. Graham C. Warren has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Dacha Strategic Metals Inc., effective November 28, 2012. Mr. Warren is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience with emerging and established companies in the environmental, telecom, mining, oil and gas, and biotech sectors. Mr. Warren has board, operations, corporate finance and public markets experience, and currently provides Chief Financial Officer and corporate governance services to four other publicly-traded companies.

Alastair Neill

 Mr. Alastair S. Neill, P.Eng, MBA., is Executive Vice President, Director of Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. He is the former VP/GM, Rare Earth Division and VP Business Development for AMR (now Neo-Material Technologies). Alastair is one of the experts in rare earth elements. He brings over 15 years of direct Rare Earth experience with downstream end-users in Korea, Japan, Europe and North America and with suppliers in China. He holds a Master of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Woollcombe

 Mr. Michael D. Woollcombe has been appointed as Corporate Secretary of Dacha Strategic Metals Inc., effective November 28, 2012. Mr. Woollcombe is a partner of Voorheis & Co. LLP and Executive Vice President of VC & Co. Incorporated.

 Lieutenant General (Retired) Ronald V. Hite is Independent Director of Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. He retired July 1, 1997 from the United States Army after 33 years of service. During his military career, General Hite held several senior military leadership positions and is a Vietnam War veteran. His last active duty assignment was as Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research, Development, and Acquisition, the Senior Military Advisor to the Army Acquisition Executive and the Army Chief of Staff on all research, development, and acquisition programs and related issues. He testified as a principal military witness for Research, Development, and Acquisition appropriations with Congress, supervised the Army's Program Executive Officer System, and also served as the Director, Army Acquisition Corps. Upon retirement from active duty, General Hite joined Cypress International, in Alexandria, Virginia, and retired as the Chairman and CEO in January 2005. He holds a BA in Chemistry and a MS in Management Science, and is a graduate of several senior-level military schools. General Hite currently serves on various boards and advisory boards and is President of the East Tennessee State University Alumni Association.
