Name Description

Jonathan Teaford

Mr. Jonathan F. Teaford is Director of Digital Domain Media Group Inc. He resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the company effective February 22, 2012. He served as the President from January 2009 to May 2011, and as a member of Digital Domain’s board of directors since May 2010. He was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance of Digital Domain from May 2006 to February 2009. Mr. Teaford was Executive Vice President and a member of the board of directors of BabyUniverse, Inc. until its sale in October 2007. Prior to joining Wyndcrest’s predecessor in January 1998, Mr. Teaford was employed by GE Capital Services, a subsidiary of General Electric. Mr. Teaford earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in economics at Hamilton College and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics.

Michael Katzenstein

Mr. Michael Katzenstein is appointed as the Interim Chief Operating Officer of Digital Domain Media Group, Inc. He has served as a Senior Managing Director of FTI since January 2010. While working with FTI, Mr. Katzenstein has served as interim chief executive officer, chief operating officer or chief restructuring officer to numerous FTI clients. Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Katzenstein served as a founding principal of CXO, LLC, a boutique turnaround and interim management and restructuring advisory firm the business of which was acquired by FTI. Mr. Katzenstein has served on the boards of directors of GSI Group, a manufacturer of opto-electronic and opto-mechanical components, equipment and systems, and of Sun-Times Media Group, which owned and operated more than 30 newspaper titles in the greater Chicago market, as part of services provided by FTI. He also served as chairman of the board of directors of RCN, a business/enterprise CLEC and provider of retail triple play broadband services in U.S. markets. Mr. Katzenstein holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in political science from the State University of New York, Binghamton.

Edwin Lunsford

Mr. Edwin C. Lunsford, III, serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Digital Domain Media Group Inc., since joining in July 2010. Mr. Lunsford has been a member of Digital Domain's board of directors since March 2011. Mr. Lunsford joined the company from Davita, Inc., a Fortune 500 U.S. healthcare services company, where he served for six years as group general counsel of a US$1B (revenues) operating group. Prior to Davita, he served as vice president and division general counsel for a US$1.5B (revenues) operating group at Gambro Healthcare, a global healthcare company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Before Gambro he was an associate, then partner, in the West Palm Beach, Florida law firm of Boose Casey from 1990 through 2000. Mr. Lunsford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1987 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from the University of Florida.

Kevin Ambler

Mr. Kevin C. Ambler serves as the Independent Director of Digital Domain Media Group Inc. since the consummation of the company's initial public offering in November 2011. Mr. Ambler is an attorney and is the founder and president of The Law Offices of Kevin C. Ambler, P.A., a law firm based in Tampa, Florida, which he founded in 1996. Mr. Ambler is also an adjunct law professor for Stetson University College of Law and serves on the board of directors for the Gasparilla International Film Festival in Tampa, Florida. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Ambler served four terms as an elected member of the Florida House of Representatives. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Ambler served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, and from 1991 to 2005, he served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. While serving on active duty, Mr. Ambler received a dual appointment as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney from the U.S. Attorney General. Mr. Ambler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business administration from Cornell University on an Air Force ROTC scholarship and a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Casey Cummings

Mr. Casey L. Cummings serves as the Independent Director of Digital Domain Group Inc. since the consummation of the company's initial public offering in November 2011. Mr. Cummings has been the President of Ram Realty Services, a real estate development, investment and private equity fund sponsor, since 2001 and its Chief Executive Officer since 2010. He is a board member of the New World Symphony in Miami Beach and the University of Florida's Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. Mr. Cummings earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University's School of Management.

Kaleil Isaza Tuzman

Mr. Kaleil Isaza Tuzman serves as the Independent Director of Digital Domain Media Group Inc., since the consummation of the company's initial public offering in November 2011. Mr. Isaza Tuzman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of KIT digital, Inc. (NasdaqGS: KITD), a provider of end-to-end video management software and related services, since January 2008. Mr. Isaza Tuzman has worked in the digital media industry since the late 1990s as an entrepreneur and a venture capitalist. From 2005 to 2007, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of JumpTV Inc., subsequently acquired by Neulion, Inc. (TSX: NLN). Since 2002, Mr. Isaza Tuzman has served as the Managing Partner of KIT Capital, Ltd., a software and digital media-focused restructuring and merchant banking firm which merged into Dubai-based merchant bank KCP Capital in 2008. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KPE, Inc., a digital media services company. Prior to that, Mr. Isaza Tuzman worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and equities risk arbitrage. He has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and has acted as a U.S. trade representative. Mr. Isaza Tuzman graduated magna cum laude and holds an A.B. from Harvard University and holds graduate certificates in International Relations from El Colegio de México and in Latin American Studies from Harvard University.

John Kluge

Mr. John W. Kluge, Jr., serves as the Independent Director of Digital Domian Media Group Inc. since the consummation of the company's initial public offering in November 2011. Mr. Kluge has acted as an adviser to the company since December 2010. Since December 2008, he has been the Research and New Media Officer for EastWest Institute. Prior to joining the EastWest Institute, he worked as a consultant for S.M.A.R.T. (Sustainable Music Artist Recording and Touring) and as the Projects Coordinator and Legislative Liaison for Rock and Wrap It Up!, an anti-poverty think tank. Mr. Kluge also served as an adviser to the Ambassador of the Central African Republic before joining the EastWest Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Columbia University. He is also the author of the book John Kluge: Stories, published in 2009.
