Name Description

Sverre Skogen

Mr. Sverre Skogen has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, effective as of May 1, 2013. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 17, 2013. He has previously held several executive positions in the oil and gas industry, including as Chief Executive Officer of Aker Maritime ASA (from 1997 to 2001), of Aker Kvaerner O&G (2001-2002), of PGS Production (2003-2005), and of AGR ASA (2005-2013). He has served on several boards in non-executive positions, including Chair of the Board of Intsok from 1999 to 2001 and of Rosenberg Verft from 2003 to 2005. He holds a Master of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado.

Karl Hersvik

Mr. Karl Johnny Hersvik has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Det Norske oljeselskap ASA, effective as of May 1, 2014. He comes from the position as Senior Vice President of Statoil's Research and Development division in Trondheim, a position he has held since January 2011. Since 1998, he has held many professional and management positions in Statoil and Hydro, including Chief Reservoir Engineer and Operations Manager. Mr. Hersvik has also held several positions in business development, including Vice President and Project Manager for the West Qurna project in Iraq and Vice President for Production Technology. Mr. Hersvik holds a Cand. Scient. degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Bergen (Universitetet i Bergen).

Anne Cannon

Ms. Anne Marie Cannon has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since April 17, 2013. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector in both industry and investment banking. Since 2000, she has been a Senior Advisor to the Natural Resources Group at Morgan Stanley focusing on upstream M&A. In her early business career she held financial and commercial positions at Shell UK E&P and at Thomson North Sea. In 1995 she joined the Board of Hardy Oil & Gas plc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree from Glasgow University.

Alexander Krane

Mr. Alexander Krane has been Chief Financial Officer of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since September 1, 2012. He joined the Company from Aker ASA, where he served as Corporate Controller. He also worked at Norse Energy Corp. ASA and KPMG, both in Norway and the United States. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Business and Economics from Bodo Graduate School of Business (Handelshogskolen i Bodo) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Norges Handelshoyskole Bergen - NHH. He is State Authorized Public Accountant.

Anita Utseth

Ms. Anita Utseth has served as Chief of Staff at Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since 2012. Before that, she has served as Vice President Business Services of the Company. Her areas of responsibility include support functions for business operations, such as follow-up of health,s afety and the environment, personnel and administration, ICT, quality and the Company’s R&D work. Her previous work experience includes the positions as State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, within The Directorate for Nature Management and the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD). Gro Haatvedt

Ms. Gro G. Haatvedt has been appointed Senior Vice President Exploration at Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, effective as of no later than August 2014. Until January 1, 2014 she was Senior Vice President for exploration on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in Statoil. She has held this position for the last three years. She has over the last years been responsible for the appraisal wells program on the Johan Sverdrup field. She graduated as geophysicist from the University of Oslo in 1984. She started her career in Hydro in 1984 and continued in Statoil after the two companies merged. She has held many professional and management positions in Statoil, among them on Oseberg and as Senior Vice President Exploration for the North Sea. She has been responsible for business development in Iran and country manager in Libya.

Odd Heum

Mr. Odd Ragnar Heum has been Senior Vice President Asset Johan Svedrup at Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since 2012. Before that, he has been Vice President Resource Strategy at the Company. He joined the Company in the spring of 2008. He has over 30 years experience from the Norwegian (and international) oil industry (Statoil, Saga, Hydro and Statoil-Hydro), primarily within Exploration and Business Development. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Petroleum Geosciences from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet, NTNU).

Bard Hovd

Mr. Bard Atle Hovd has served as Senior Vice President Projects at Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since 2012. Before that, he has been Vice President Development Projects at the Company since August 1, 2011. He has 25 years of experience in production, project development and project implementation from ConocoPhillips, where he was employed from 1987 to 2011. Prior to assuming the Company's position, he was in charge of the project development and the PDO for the Eldfisk II in ConocoPhillips. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet, NTNU) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH.

Oyvind Bratsberg

Mr. Oyvind Bratsberg has been appointed General Manager of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, effective as of May 1, 2013. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2012. Before that, he has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Company. He joined the Company in 2008. He has 25 years of experience from several companies, mainly Statoil, in the areas of Marketing, Business Development and Operations. He has experience from operating offshore installations and project development. He has also experience in areas of commercial negotiations and management. Jorgen Arentz Rostrup

Mr. Jorgen C. Arentz Rostrup has been Member of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since April 17, 2013. He has held the position as Chief Financial Officer in Hydro, where he served as member of the corporate management until March 2013. He started his career in Hydro, where he headed the energy business area and the Norwegian production and sale of oil, gas and power. He has held a number of management positions in Norway, Singapore and New York. He played a role in the merger between Saga Petroleum and Hydro and was a member of the corporate management board until Hydros' merger with Statoil.

Ms. Kristin Gjertsen has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since March 21, 2014. Ms. Kristin Gjertsen is Head of Partner Operated Licenses in Det norske where she has been since 2010. She has more than 15 years experience from various management positions in the oil and gas industry. Gjertsen has held various positions in StatoilHydro ASA (incl. Hydro ASA and Saga Petroleum ASA) from 1998 to 2008, and from 2008 to 2010 she held the position as Director Business Development & Online Business Group in Microsoft Norge. Ms. Gjertsen holds a M. Sc. from NTNU (1992) and a MBA from NHH (2004). She is also member of the Board of Western Bulk ASA.

Kitty Hall

Ms. Kitty Hall has been Member of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since April 17, 2013. She has experience from the oil and gas sector. She has headed various technology companies within the geophysics sector for 25 years and has held several positions on the boards of both listed and unlisted companies. She currently serves on the boards of Sevan Drilling, Seabird Exploration and ARKeX Ltd. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Leeds and a Master’s degree in stratigraphy from Bircbeck College, University of London.

Kjell Rokke

Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke has been Member of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since April 17, 2013. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from December 22, 2009 until April 12, 2011. He acted as Chairman of the Board of Aker ASA and Aker BioMarine ASA, and serves on the Board of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA.

Tom Rotjer

Mr. Tom Rotjer has been Member of the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since April 19, 2012. He is Member of the Company’s Compensation Committee. He is Senior Vice President of Projects in Norsk Hydro. He has held variety of management positions in Hydro since 1980, covering different areas of development projects. From 1995 to 1998, he was Project Director for the Njord Field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and was appointed Head of Hydro Technology & Projects. In 2004, Mr. Rotjer was appointed Project Director for the Ormen Lange and Langeled subsea gas development projects in the Norwegian Sea. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet (NTNU) awarded in 1977.

Inge Sundet

Mr. Inge Sundet has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since August 8, 2012. He is Chief Drilling Engineer in the Company. He has been with the Company since 2008 and has held several positions in the drilling department, currently as Project Manager for Jette Drilling and Well. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet, NTNU (1988). Before he joined the Company he was in Statoil (2001-2008), primarily working with well completions (Heidrun and Kristin). He has worked offshore as Drilling Supervisor. Knut Evensen

Mr. Knut Evensen has served as Vice President of Investor Relations of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA since May 2012. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 2012 to June 22, 2012. Before that, he was Director of Investor Relations at the Company. Before joining the Company, he held various positions, including analyst in Pareto Securities and Danske Markets. He also has media experience.
