Mr. Edward Wayne Malouf, B.A., M.A., J.D., is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diamond Fields International Limited. In private practice for several years, Mr. Malouf has represented a number of mining companies. In 2002 he became Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Rutile Limited, a subsidiary of Titanium Resources Group (TRG), a producer of natural rutile. From 2004 to 2007 he served as Executive Vice-Chairman of TRS and in August 2010 started as Executive Chairman of the company. Mr. Malouf holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from St. Mary's University in Texas and Master of Arts degree from the University of Chicago. |
