He is owner and Chairman of the Board of Agilis Co., Vice President of Habben LLLP, past board member of Community Bank in Austin, Minnesota, past board member of Holding Co, a community bank in Waterloo, Iowa, past Vice President of Transport Refrigeration in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, past President of Albert Lea RV and Marine in Albert Lea, Minnesota and past President of Midwest Truck Refrigeration in Bloomington, Minnesota

Robert Monster

Mr. Robert W. Monster is an Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Robert Monster is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Epik and Managing Director of Monster Venture Partners LLC. Mr. Monster was the founder of GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a leading provider of technology-enabled services to the global market research industry. Adee Wada

Mr. Adee Wada is Director of Marketing of the Company. effective June 29, 2016. Mr. Wada is a strategic marketer with more than 15 years of marketing experience across a number of disciplines. Mr. Wada worked for Microsoft Corporation from 2006 through 2015. During his tenure with Microsoft, he served as Director of Audience Marketing for advertising online for 2014 and 2015, and as Group Audience Marketing Manager for 2012 to 2014. During 2011 and 2012, Mr. Wada served as Market Engagement Lead and as Integrated Marketing Lead for 2010 and 2011. From 2008 through 2010, he served as the Group Marketing Manager for the Digital Advertising Solutions section. For 2006 and 2008, he worked in Trade Marketing for Microsoft’s Digital Advertising Solutions. Prior to his career with Microsoft, Mr. Wada worked with the Seattle Mariners as the Assistant Director, Event Services (2003 – 2005) and as Event Manager (2001 – 2003). Mr. Wada received his B.A from the University of Colorado.

Maury Blackman

Mr. Maury Blackman is Director of the company. Mr. Blackman is a special advisor to the Board of Directors of Accela. Prior to his appointment as special advisor, Mr. Blackman served as CEO of Accela since 2007. Accela is a leading cloud player in the government IT sector. Prior to joining Accela, Maury was a sales and marketing professional at Investools, formerly Telescan, Inc., and served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Michael Cartwright

Mr. Cartwright has over 20 years of IT experience with organizations of all sizes and across a range of industries including travel, consultancy and manufacturing. Prior to joining Digital Town, Mr. Cartwright was a co-founder and CEO of Comencia Inc., a Private Label Travel Platform, a Technology Vice President at Expedia, CTO of Pirean, a UK based identity and access management company, and a Technology Director at Nestle, Switzerland. Mr. Cartwright holds a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Teeside.

Kenwei Chong

Mr. Kenwei Chong is Director of the company. management in New York City and San Francisco; and later as product development manager for foreign exchange and fixed income risk management at Bloomberg. In 2001, Mr. Chong left the capital markets profession to pursue entrepreneurial interests and has been an active owner and investor in self-storage, physical and electronic records management and storage, restaurant and hospitality, food manufacturing and wholesale distribution, physical and virtual real estate investment and top level domain ventures. Mr. Chong received his BA in Finance from Boston University and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the Association of Investment Management and Research.

Mr. Mills is a 1984 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has held several securities licenses.

James Parsons

Mr. James B. Parsons is Director of the Company. He is Managing Partner of Parsons/Burnett/Bjordahl/Hume, LLP, a law firm with offices in Bellevue and Spokane, Washington. He has been in practice for 35 years, emphasizing securities, both public and private, and general corporate law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Securities Law Committee of the Business Law Section, and past Chair of the Northwest Securities Law Institute. He served as past President and member of the Board of Eastside Legal Assistance Program, serving the legal needs of low income citizens. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and Lewis and Clark Law School, where he served on the Moot Court Board.

Derek Schumann

Mr. Derek Schumann serves as Director of the Company. For the past 5 years, Mr. Schumann has served as Managing Partner of Go Toys Inc., Morris Trust and Kaplunk Development Group, investment holding companies focused primarily on investments in companies focused on creating value through practical applications of disruptive new technology. Mr. Schumann is a resident of Vancouver, B.C. He received his B.A in Economics and Political Science from Bishop's University.

Mark Schwartz

Mr. Mark Schwartz serves as Director of the Company. Since June, 2010, Mr. Schwartz has served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the Department of Homeland Security, where he has been engaged in a large transformation effort, moving applications to the public cloud and introducing agile and lean development, continuous delivery, and DevOps. Prior to this position, Mr. Schwartz was the CIO of Intrax Cultural Exchange, where his innovative Family Room application drove dramatic market share, revenue, and profit growth. Mr. Schwartz is the author of The Art of Business Value. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yale University, an M.A. in Philosophy from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from Wharton.
