Name Description

Bernard Arnault

Mr. Bernard Arnault has served as Chairman of the Board of Christian Dior SA since 2002. Until 2002, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company as well. He was first appointed as Director of the Company on March 20, 1985. He began his career as an Engineer with Ferret Savinel, where he became Senior Vice President for Construction in 1974, Chief Executive Officer in 1977, and finally Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1978. He remained with this company until 1984, when he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Financiere Agache SA and of Christian Dior SA. Shortly after, he spearheaded a reorganization of Financiere Agache following a development strategy focusing on luxury brands. In 1989, he became the shareholder of LVMH Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton. He assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in January 1989. He holds also the post of Chairman of the Board of Societe Civile du Cheval Blanc and is Director of Carrefour SA, of LVMH International SA and of Christian Dior Couture SA, as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of Financiere Jean Goujon SAS, among other posts. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique.

Sidney Toledano

Mr. Sidney Toledano serves as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Christian Dior SA. Prior to this, he held the functions of Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company from September 11, 2002. He holds several other mandates, including Chairman of the Board of John Galliano SA, Fendi International SA, and Chairman of Christian Dior Commercial (Shanghai) co Ltd, Christian Dior Inc and Christian Dior Italia Srl, as well as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Christian Dior Couture SA, among others. He began his career in 1977 as a Marketing Consultant with Nielsen International. He then served as Company Secretary of Kickers before joining the Executive Management of Lancel in 1984. Eric Guerlain

Mr. Eric Guerlain has served as Independent Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Christian Dior SA since June 29, 1994. He is also Member of the Company's Audit and Performance Committee and of the Nominating and Compensation Committee. Mr. Guerlain is also President of Societe Hydroelectrique d'Energie SAS and Permanent Representative of LVMH Fashion Group on the Board of Guerlain SA, as well as Manager at MAAT Societe Civile. Delphine Arnault

Ms. Delphine Arnault has been Director of Christian Dior SA since April 5, 2012. She began her career at the international strategy consultancy firm McKinsey, where she worked as a consultant for two years. In 2000, she took part in the development of John Galliano SA, where she acquired experience in the fashion business. In 2001, she was appointed to the Executive Committee of Christian Dior Couture, where she currently serves as Deputy Managing Director. She is also Director of Loewe, where she serves as Senior Vice President for Product Strategy. Pierre Gode

Mr. Pierre Gode has served as Director of Christian Dior SA since 2013. He previously held the functions of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company from July 26, 2012. He was first appointed as Director of Christian Dior SA on May 14, 2001. He began his career as a Lawyer admitted to the Lille bar (avocat au barreau de Lille) and has taught at the Lille and Nice university law faculties. Helene Desmarais

Ms. Helene Desmarais has been Independent Director of Christian Dior SA since April 5, 2012 and is also Member of the Company’s Nominating and Compensation Committee. Since it was founded in 1996, Ms. Desmarais has been Chair of the Board of Directors and chief executive of Centre d'Entreprises et d'Innovation de Montreal, in Canada. She holds directorships in a number of companies and organizations in both the public and private sectors and has led initiatives in the areas of economics, education and healthcare. Ms. Desmarais is Director of Garda World Security Corporation and is a member of the Board of Governors of the International Economic Forum of the Americas. She also serves as Chairwoman of the Board and Founder of Societe de developpement economique Ville-Marie (SDEVM). She is Chairwoman of the Board of HEC Montreal. Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres

Mr. Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres has served as Independent Director of Christian Dior SA since February 5, 2009. He is also Member of the Company's Audit and Performance Committee. He has been Chairman of the company RDDV Partner since 2008 and he also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FPPM l'Europeenne de Marbre, as well as Director of Louis Vuitton, Fondation d'Entreprise.
