Name Description

Edwin Hawken

Mr. Edwin F. Hawken is Independent Chairman of the Board of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Hawken is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance, Compensation, Human Resources and Nominating Committee. Prior to joining Danier’s Board of Directors in May 1998, he held the positions of Vice Chairman of Newcourt Credit Group Inc. and President and Chief Executive Offi cer of Commcorp Financial Services Inc. Mr. Hawken is also a director of Medcan Health Management Inc. and a trustee of CAP REIT.

Jeffrey Wortsman

Mr. Jeffrey Wortsman serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Wortsman joined Danier in 1986 and was appointed President in 1994 and Chief Executive Offi cer in 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wortsman was employed by a prominent Canadian investment fi rm. Mr. Wortsman received a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. Mr. Wortsman is also a director of Chesswood Group Limited, a fi nancial services industry income fund, and a director of Pro Hockey Life, a retailer of hockey equipment and apparel.

Bryan Tatoff

Mr. Bryan Tatoff, C.A., serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Secretary of the Danier Leather Inc. He is also in charge of the Investor Relations within the Company. He resigned from the offices of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary on September 15, 2006. He was reappointed to the offices of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company effective January 8, 2007. Between September 2006 and December 2006, he was employed by a privately-held confectionary retailer and held the office of Chief Financial Officer. He joined the Company in 1996 as Manager, Finance and Operations Audit becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1997. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining the Company he held a financial management position with Imperial Oil Limited and obtained practical accounting, auditing, insolvency and forensic accounting experience while with KPMG from 1989 to 1993.

Thomas Haig

Mr. Thomas Haig is Interim Chief Operating Officer, Independent Director of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Haig has been a senior executive in the retail industry for over 25 years and has extensive international and Canadian experience in fashion, merchandising and marketing, including expertise in retail store operations, real estate and asset optimization. Mr. Haig will use his skills and extensive retail and business experience to assist in improving the execution of Danier's strategic plan. This includes the implementation of enhanced processes and procedures in merchandise and assortment planning and allocation, marketing, store operations and ongoing integration initiatives, in an effort to improve results. Mr. Haig previously held the position of President, Fashion and Footwear of M.H. Alshaya Group, a leading retail franchise operator of more than 70 international brands and 1,000 fashion retail stores, including some of the world's best known brands. M.H. Alshaya Group operates in 19 countries across the Middle East, Russia, Turkey and Europe, where Mr. Haig oversaw global brands such as American Eagle Outfitters, Top Shop, Express, Harvey Nichols, Miss Selfridge and Debenhams. Prior to that, he held increasingly senior positions with The Hudson's Bay Company and Zellers Inc., including serving as President, Stores & Specialty Division of HBC from 2005 to 2006 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Zellers from 1999 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Haig held various executive management positions at Kmart, Woodward and Eaton's.

Olga Koel

Ms. Olga E. Koel serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandise Officer of Danier Leather Inc. She joined the Company in 1982 and has overseen design, merchandising, purchasing and production since 1985. She originated the Company's product line and has experience in the purchase of raw materials and has developed experience in the demands of designing garments in leather and suede.

Mr. Michael Watson is Senior Vice President - Retail Operations of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Watson was Vice-President, Store Operations of Bath & Body Works Canada, a position he held since April 2008

P. Chris Ruivo

Ms. P. Chris Ruivo serves as Vice President - Store Operations of Danier Leather Inc. She joined the Company in 1983 and has held various positions within the company, becoming Vice-President, Store Operations in 2000.

Philip Cutter

Mr. Philip A. Cutter serevs as Vice President - Information Technology, Chief Information Officer of Danier Leather Inc. He joined the Company in 1992 as Chief Information Officer. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He worked in the areas of store and systems operations with Marks and Spencer until 1985 and subsequently spent six years with Shoppers Drug Mart from 1985 to 1992 as Director of Systems Development and Support.

Bruce Aitken

Mr. Bruce Aitken serves as Vice President - Planning and Allocation of Danier Leather Inc. He joined the Information Technology department of the Company in 1995 and became Vice President, Planning and Allocation in 2003. His prior experience includes 17 years with the Fairweather division of Dylex. He is an Executive Member of the Association of Merchandise Planners and Allocators. His current responsibilities include managing the Company’s inventory investment at a chain and store level.

Guia Lopez

Ms. Guia Lopez has served as Vice President, Chief Sourcing Officer of Danier Leather Inc since April 30, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, she was Director of Sourcing and Technical Services at Incredible Clothing Company and prior to that was Director of Global Sourcing, Ladieswear and Accessories at The Hudson’s Bay Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

Karen Marshall

Ms. Karen J. Marshall serves as Vice President - Logistics and Distribution of Danier Leather Inc. She joined the Company's in Store Operations in 1977, entered Logistics and Distribution in 1985 and has held various positions within the Company. She is responsible for logistics, distribution and stock balancing, including immediate and daily sales analysis for input to production.

Clare Copeland

Mr. Clare R. Copeland serves as Independent Director of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Copeland joined the Board of Danier in May 1998 and is also Chairman of Danier’s Governance, Compensation, Human Resources and Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. For the past 35 years, Mr. Copeland has held senior executive positions with corporations such as, Peoples Jewellers, Zale Corporation, Granada Canada and Drake International. Mr. Copeland is also CEO of Falls Management Company and holds directorships with Rio Can, Toronto Hydro Corporation, Entertainment One and several other Canadian companies.

Stephen Kahn

Mr. Stephen I. Kahn serves as Independent Director of Danier Leather Inc. Mr. Kahn has over 14 years of experience in the retail industry. He founded and served as Chairman of the board of directors, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of dELiA*s, a NASDAQ traded company which is a multichannel retailer in the United States that markets apparel, accessories and home furnishings to teenage girls and young women. Mr. Kahn also served as Chief Executive Officer of iTurf, Corp, a NASDAQ traded internet media company. Mr. Kahn holds a B.A. from Yale College, an M.A. from Oxford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Douglas Murphy

Mr. Douglas D. Murphy serves as Independent Director of Danier Leather Inc. is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Corus Entertainment Inc. (an integrated media and entertainment company). Prior to July 2013, Mr. Murphy was President of Corus Television, a division of Corus Entertainment, and, prior to May 2010, Mr. Murphy held the positions of President of Nelvana Enterprises and General Manager of Corus Kids (each a producer and distributor of children's animation and related consumer products and a division of Corus Entertainment). From September 2006 to August 2008, he held the position of President of Nelvana Enterprises. Mr. Murphy holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and an Hons. Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
