James Dolan |
Mr. James P. Dolan serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Dolan Co., since July 2003. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the company's predecessor company from 1992 to July 2003. From January 1989 to January 1993, Mr. Dolan served first as Managing Director and then Executive Vice President of The Jordan Group, an investment bank specializing in media. He has previously held executive positions with Kummerfeld Associates, Inc., a media mergers and acquisitions advisory firm; News Corporation; Sun-Times Company; and Centel Corp., and also was an award-winning reporter and editor at newspapers in Texas. Mr. Dolan is currently a Director of Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEDH), an educational materials publisher. |
Vicki Duncomb |
Ms. Vicki J. Duncomb serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Corporate Secretary of Dolan Co., since August 2009. Mr. George Rossi serves as Independent Director of Dolan Co., since April 2005. Mr. Gary H. Stern serves as Independent Director of Dolan Co., since January 2010. Prior to joining the company's board, Mr. Stern served as the president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from 1985 until his retirement in 2009. Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as its senior vice president and director of research in 1982, he was a partner in a New York-based consulting firm and, before that, spent seven years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
