Hill, George George J. Hill is Chairman of the Board of Blackdog Resources Ltd. Mr. Hill is Independent businessman since January 1985. He was Director from November 1998 to April 2004 and President from November 2002 to April 2004 of Fall River Resources Ltd. (TSXV), Director of Big Horn Resources Inc. (TSX) from January 1995 to September 2001, Director of Bro-X Minerals Ltd. from February 1999 to May 2001 and Director of Camberly Energy Ltd. From April 1998 to July 1999. Mr. Hill has been the president and/or a director/officer of various public and private oil companies over the past 30 years, including Bighorn Energy(now Enterra Trust), Ryan Energy Ltd. and Jennifer Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Hill graduated from Michigan Tech University with Bachelor Degrees in Science and Business.
Corcoran, David David A. Corcoran is President and Chief Executive Officer of Blackdog Resources Ltd. since June 2007 and is Director since January 12, 2006. He was Vice-President, Operations of the Corporation since September 2004. Mr. Corcoran was previously the Corporate Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Fall River Resources. He was a co-founder of Westjet Airlines Ltd. and until 2005 was the Executive Vice-President of Operations and a member of its board of directors. Currently, Mr. Morgan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enerjet, Canada’s newest Charter Airline. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta and is a member of its board of directors.
Von Hagen, Garth Dr. Garth Von Hagen is a Director of Blackdog Resources Ltd. and is Chief Financial Officer of EnVision Global Inc., a private high performance curtain wall company. Dr. Von Hagen owned and managed multiple dental practices from 1992 to 2007. Dr. Von Hagen served on the board of CV Technologies Inc. from 2003 to 2004. He is the current volunteer Chairperson of Edmonton’s Inner City Agency Foundation. Dr. Von Hagen received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry in 1991 from the University of Saskatchewan and his Masters in Business Administration in 2007 from the University of Alberta.
Morgan, Darcy Darcy Morgan is a Director of Blackdog Resources Ltd. He is Vice-President of Enerjet. Previous to this Mr. Morgas was a Senior Account Executive at SAP Canada Ltd. Mr. Morgan represented SAP to oil and gas explorers and producers in Canada since 1998. Previously, Mr. Morgan delivered various marketing and sales initiatives with IBM Canada. Mr. Morgan resides in Calgary, Alberta where he volunteers as chairman of a heritage preservation initiative. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary.
