Hannu Vaajoensuu

 Mr. Hannu Vaajoensuu has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dovre Group Oyj since March 17, 2010, and he has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since March 31, 2009. In addition, since 2005, he has occupied the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Basware Plc, as well as Member of the company's Board of Directors since 1990. At Basware Corporation, he was also Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 1999 to 2004, Partner, Executive Director from 1991 until 1999, Consulting Director from 1990 to 1991, and Consultant between 1987 and 1990. He was Software Specialist at Execuplan Oy from 1985 to 1987. Currently, he acts as Chairman of the Boards of Directors at Festum eServices, Havacment Oy and Nevrogrid Oy, Vice Chairman of the Boards of Directors at Comptel Oyj and Efecte Oy, as well as Member of the Boards of Directors at Profit Software Oy and Movenium. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree.

Jan-Erik Mielck

 Mr. Jan-Erik (Janne) Mielck has served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Group Executive Team at Dovre Group Oyj since October 1, 2011. He served as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company from March 17, 2011 until October 1, 2011. He is also Vice President of Business Development at Neste Oil and Chairman of the Board of Directors at NSE Biofuels Oy.  Ms. Heidi Karlsson has served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Executive Team of Dovre Group Oyj since March 1, 2011. Previously she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Functions and Member of the Group Executive Team at the Company from June 1, 2010, until March 1, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, she worked for Nokia Siemens Networks as Head of Management Reporting from 2009 until 2010, and as Region Controller for Latin America in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between 2007 and 2009. She was also employed by Nokia Networks as Customer Team Controller for Claro, Nokia do Brazil in Rio de Janeiro from 2006 to 2007; as Senior Business Controller in Espoo, Finland, in 2004; as Senior Business Controller at Nokia do Brazil in Rio de Janeiro between 2002 and 2004; as Business Unit Controller in Espoo, Finland from 1999 until 2002; as Financial Manager of Beijing Nokia HangXing Telecom Ltd. in Beijing, China, from 1997 to 1999; as Country Controller for Nokia Telecommunications AG in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1996, as well as Management Accountant at Nokia Telecommunications GmbH in Duesseldorf between 1993 and 1996. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from HANKEN - Svenska Handelshogskolan (Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration) in Helsinki, Finland.

Arve Jensen

 Mr. Arve Jensen has served as Head of Project Personnel Division and Member of the Group Executive Team at Dovre Group Oyj since June 1, 2012. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President Project Personnel Operations in Norway and Member of the Group Executive Team at the Company. Previously he served as Executive Vice President of Norway within the Company. Prior to that, he was Senior Project Engineer for ABB Global Engineering AS from 1990 to 1993, Senior Engineer of Piping Engineering at MTC Norge A/S from 1988 until 1990, and Project Leader at Aker Engineering A.S between 1984 and 1987. His education includes Procurement of Equipment for Offshore Installations at NIF in 1989, Organization and Management from the BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo (Handelshoyskolen BI) in 1986, Offshore Piping and Layout at NITO in 1985, Investment and Finance at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH) in Bergen in 1983, and Petroleum Economics and Legislation at the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim (Norges Tekniske Hoyskole) in 1982.

Petri Karlsson

 Mr. Petri Karlsson has served as Head of Consulting Division and Member of the Group Executive Team at Dovre Group Oyj since June 1, 2012. He previously served as Strategy Director and Member of the Group Executive Team at the Company and Managing Director of Camako Oy within the Company since August 17, 2009. He was also Head of the Group's Consulting Business in Finland and Sweden. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Management Consultant at Clemens Oy from 2007 until 2009; Business Area Director and Director of Business Development at Itella Finland /Atkos Oy between 2002 and 2007, as well as Managing Director (subsidiary Nextware) of Basware Plc, and Senior Vice President of eInvoicing Services, Strategy and Business Development at Basware Plc from 1999 to 2002. In addition, he has held different key positions within the Finnish Information Technology (IT) industry since 1984. Between 1980 and 1984, he was with the Finnish Defense Forces. He is currently Member of the Board of Directors at Regit Oy. He is Officer of the National Defense University.

Ilari Koskelo

 Mr. Ilari Koskelo has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Dovre Group Oyj since February 26, 2008. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors from February 26, 2008 until March 17, 2010. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from March 31, 2009 until November 16, 2009. He is Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Navdata Oy. He is also Founder of Javad Positioning Systems Inc. and Global Satellite Solutions Inc., as well as Project Manager at Geo/Hydro Inc.
