Andrew Liveris

Mr. Andrew N. Liveris is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was President of The Dow Chemical Company. He Vice Chairman of the Business Roundtable; Executive Committee Member and past Chairman of the U.S. Business Council; Past Chairman of the U.S.-China Business Council, American Chemistry Council, The International Council of Chemical Associations and the President’s Advanced Manufacturing Partnership. Member of the President’s Export Council, the American Australian Association and the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Member of the Board of Trustees of The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation, the California Institute of Technology and the United States Council for International Business.

Howard Ungerleider

Mr. Howard I. Ungerleider is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He was Executive Vice President of The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Ungerleider joined Dow in 1990 and his career has spanned a wide variety of commercial, financial, geographic, functional and enterprise-level leadership roles both in the United States and in Europe. He joined Dow’s Food & Specialty Packaging business in 1997 and the following year moved to Dow’s European headquarters in Switzerland, where he held management responsibilities for several of Dow’s specialty polyethylene and polyolefin brands. Ungerleider was named business director for Dow’s global Wire and Cable Compounds business in 2000, and in 2004 became the global director of Integrated Supply Chain for Plastics, Performance Chemicals and Thermosets, managing supply chain activities for global businesses across Dow’s basics, specialties and market-facing portfolios. In 2006, Ungerleider was appointed North American commercial vice president for Basic Plastics business portfolio, which was comprised of 2,500 employees and served 500 customers throughout North America. In this role, Ungerleider was responsible for creating and driving an investor outreach program that provided timely, credible information regarding Dow’s strategic transformation and performance in the midst of the worst global economic crisis in decades. He was also a member of the Finance leadership team, providing counsel and support to Dow’s Chief Financial Officer. Ungerleider earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of California in Los Angeles. He serves on the Board of Directors of Sadara Chemical Company and the Member’s Committee of Dow AgroSciences. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Wolverine Bancorp, Keep America Beautiful and is an Executive Committee Member of the Water & Woods Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Joe Harlan

Mr. Joe E. Harlan is Vice Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer of the company. He was Executive Vice President - Chemicals, Energy, and Performance Materials of The Dow Chemical Company. Harlan joined Dow in September, 2011, coming from 3M Corporation where he was executive vice president of the Consumer and Office business. Prior to 3M, Harlan spent 20 years with the General Electric Company (GE), where he held various finance, business development, and operational roles in their Plastics, Appliance and Medical Systems businesses, eventually serving as vice president and CFO of GE Lighting. In 2001, Harlan joined 3M as vice president, Financial Planning. He then spent two years in Japan with Sumitomo 3M Limited, its Japanese subsidiary, where he served first as executive vice president, and then as president and chairman of the board. He became executive vice president of the 3M Electro and Communications business based in Austin, Texas, in 2004. Harlan is a member of the Board of Directors of Flowserve Corporation acting as Finance Committee chairman and of Dow Corning Corporation. He also serves as an executive committee member of the board of the American Chemistry Council and participates on the Indiana University Deans Advisory Council for the Kelly School of Business. Heinz Haller

Mr. Heinz Haller is Executive Vice President and President - Dow Europe, Middle East, Africa and India of The Dow Chemical Company. He has been appointed as President, Dow Europe, Middle East and Africa of the Company, effective August 1, 2012. Haller joined Dow in 1980 as a sales representative in Horgen, Switzerland and developed his career in several marketing and commercial roles across many Dow businesses including Emulsion Polymers, Specialty Chemicals and Chlorinated Solvents. In 1994, Haller left Dow and joined the chemical distribution company, Pluss-Staufer AG, as Managing Director, a position he held for five years before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Red Bull Sauber AG and Sauber Petronas Engineering AG. In March 2002, he moved to Allianz Capital Partners GmbH as one of the company's Managing Directors and remained there for four years until he rejoined Dow. Haller returned to Dow in June 2006 and assumed an executive leadership role in a variety of areas including one in Performance Products. He was named to his current role in August 2010. Haller holds a master's degree in business administration from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and earned a certification in the advanced executive program from UCLA, Los Angeles, California.

Attiganal Sreeram

Mr. A. N. Sreeram is Senior Vice President - Research & Development, Chief Technology Officer of The Dow Chemical Company. He has served as Vice President, Research & Development, Dow Advanced Materials 2009 to October 2013. Corporate Vice President, Research & Development October 2013 to October 2015. Gary McGuire

Mr. Gary McGuire is Vice President, Treasurer of the company. Johanna Soderstrom

Ms. Johanna Soderstrom is Corporate Vice President - Human Resources & Aviation of The Dow Chemical Company. In this role, Söderström leads Dow’s global Human Resources strategy and operations, and oversees Dow's Corporate Aviation team. Söderström started her career with Ericsson in Finland, where she held positions in Human Resources and Finance. She joined Dow in Helsinki, Finland in 1999 as HR Manager for the Nordic region. Söderström progressed through a series of Dow Human Resources positions in the Nordic, Germany and Switzerland. In 2000, she moved to Dow’s location in Stade, Germany to serve as HR Workforce Planning Implementation Leader. Three years later she was appointed Compensation & Benefits Leader for Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa and India and relocated to Horgen, Switzerland. In 2005 Söderström assumed the role of HR Business Partner for Dow’s Hydrocarbons & Energy business. She left Dow in 2006 to join Huhtamaki in Finland as head of global Compensation & Benefits and then rejoined Dow in October 2007 as HR Geographic Leader for Germany. Two years later, Söderström assumed additional responsibility as HR director for Dow Europe, Middle East & Africa, based in Horgen, Switzerland. In late 2010 Söderström was appointed Global HR Director for Dow’s Performance Materials Division in Midland, MI. She was subsequently named Vice President of Dow’s HR Center of Expertise in September 2012. Söderström was named to her current role in December of 2014. Söderström holds a master’s degree in economics from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Swedish School of Business Administration in Helsinki, Finland. Söderström is a member of the Dow Corporate STEM Council and the company’s Executive Diversity & Inclusion Network Council.

Neal Sheorey

Mr. Neal Sheorey is Vice President - Investor Relations of the Company. During Sheorey's 17 years with Dow he has held several leadership roles, primarily in the finance organization, where he delivered valuable strategic and financial expertise and counsel. In 2009, Sheorey joined Dow's Investor Relations team leading several investor outreach programs and special events and driving proactive dialogue and interaction with the investment community regarding the Company's financial performance and strategic initiatives. In 2012, he transitioned to finance director for the Chemicals Business Group, and while in that role provided significant business and finance leadership for the split-off transaction and separation of a significant part of Dow's chlor-alkali and downstream derivatives businesses. In 2014, he joined the Strategy Development team leading enterprise-level projects to advance Dow's strategy, as well as driving various strategic and operational projects for the chief financial officer. Sheorey earned a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. He also earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Richard Davis

Mr. Richard K. Davis is an Independent Director of The Dow Chemical Company, effective May 2015. Mr. Richard Davis is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp, the fifth largest bank in the United States. Mr. Davis has served as Chairman of U.S. Bancorp since December 2007, Chief Executive Officer since December 2006, and President since October 2004. He also served as Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 until December 2006. Mr. Davis was also an Executive Vice President at Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank prior to joining Star Banc Corporation, which was one of U S Bancorp's legacy companies. Mr. Davis brings extensive leadership skills and financial services industry experience and knowledge to the Board. During his career, he has served as Chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable, Chairman of the Consumer Bankers Association, Chairman of The Clearing House, and representative for the Ninth District of the Federal Reserve, where he was President of its Financial Advisory Committee. Mark Loughridge

Mr. Mark Loughridge is an Independent Director of The Dow Chemical Company, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Mark Loughridge was named IBM's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2004. He was given the additional responsibility for Enterprise Transformation in July 2010 to lead IBM’s ongoing integration and transformation as well as continue in his role as CFO. Loughridge retired from this position in December 2013 after 36 years with IBM. He joined the company in 1977, where he started as a development engineer in the Office Products Division in Lexington, KY. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and completed studies at Ecole Nationale Superieure de Mecaniquein Nantes, France. Raymond Milchovich

Mr. Raymond J. Milchovich is an Independent Director of The Dow Chemical Company, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Milchovich has served as the Lead Director of Nucor since September 2013 to date.
