Anderson, Bruce Mr. Bruce K. Anderson has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amdocs Limited since September 1997. Since August 1978, he has been General Partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS). Mr. Anderson served for nine years with Automated Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) until his resignation as Executive Vice President and Director of ADP, and President of ADP International, effective August 1978. Mr. Anderson serves on the Board of Alliance Data Systems Inc. He is Chairman of the Executive Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Technology and Innovation Committee. He holds a Bachelors degree from University of Minnesota.
Baharav, Dov Mr. Dov Baharav has been Member of the Board of Directors of Amdocs Limited and President and Chief Executive Officer of Amdocs Management Limited since July 1, 2002. He has overall coordination responsibilities for the operations and activities or Amdocs Management Limited. In 1991, he joined Amdocs Inc, serving as its Vice President and then President in St. Louis, Missouri, the United States, until 1995.
