Robert Minicucci |
Mr. Robert A. Minicucci is Independent Chairman of the Board of Amdocs Limited. He has been a general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, or WCAS, an investment firm that specializes in the acquisition of companies in the information and business services and health care industries, since 1993. Until September 2003, investment partnerships affiliated with WCAS had been among shareholders. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Minicucci served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Data Corporation, a provider of information processing and related services for credit card and other payment transactions. From 1991 to 1992, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the American Express Company. He served for 12 years with Lehman Brothers (and its predecessors) until his resignation as a Managing Director in 1991. Mr. Minicucci is also a director of two other publicly-held companies: Alliance Data Systems, Inc. and Retalix Ltd., and several private companies. |

Mr. Eli Gelman is Director of Amdocs Limited. On November 15, 2010, Mr. Gelman became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Amdocs Management Limited, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary. Since January 2010, Mr. Gelman has served as a director of Retalix, a publicly-held global software company, and from January 2010 to December 2010, he also served as the Chairman of Retalix.
