| Ayalon, Eliyahu | Mr. Eliyahu Ayalon is Executive Chairman of the Board of DSP Group, Inc. Mr. Ayalon joined DSP Group Inc. in April 1996 as President, Chief Executive Officer and director. In January 2000, Mr. Ayalon was appointed to serve as Chairman of board. Between April 2005 and January 2006, Mr. Ayalon stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and became Executive Chairman. Mr. Ayalon resumed as Chief Executive Officer in January 2006. Mr. Ayalon is also a member of the board of directors of CEVA, Inc., a developer and licensor of DSP cores and related platform-level IP to the semiconductor industry, as of November 2002, and was the Chairman until February 2005. Mr. Ayalon previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mennen from May 1992 to April 1996. Mr. Ayalon is a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and a member of the executive committee of the University Center of Ariel, Israel. |
| Elyakim, Ofer | Mr. Ofer Elyakim is the Chief Executive Officer of DSP Group, Inc. He joined the Company in January 2006 as Director of Investor Relations and Business Development, and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in May 2007. Previously, Mr. Elyakim worked as a research analyst covering media and broadcasting companies at CIBC World Markets in New York. | Robertson, Brian | Brian Robertson, President, joined DSP Group Inc. in October 2007 in connection with the acquisition of the Cordless and VoIP Terminals Business of NXP B.V. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Robertson was the General Manager of the Cordless and IP Terminals business line at NXP B.V. from December 2006. | Limon, Zvi | Zvi Limon has served as one of the Directors of DSP Group Inc. since February 1999. Mr. Limon has been a partner at Magnum Communications Fund, a consulting and investment advisory firm, since 1998 and a partner of Rimon Fund, an investment fund, since September 2006. He served as Chairman of Limon Holdings Ltd., a consulting and investment advisory firm, from October 1993 to July 2000.
