Name Description

Stephen Davidson

Mr. Stephen James Davidson is an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Datatec Ltd. He is Chairman of Datatec Limited and Mecom Group plc. He is also a non-executive director of Inmarsat plc, EBT Mobile China plc and Weare2020 plc.

Jens Montanana

Mr. Jens P. Montanana is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Datatec Ltd. He is the founder and principal architect of Datatec, established in 1986. Between 1989 and 1993 Jens served as Managing Director and Vice-president of US Robotics (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Robotics Inc. which was acquired by 3Com. In 1993 he co-founded US start-up Xedia Corporation in Boston, MA, an early pioneer of network switching and one of the market leaders in IP bandwidth management, which was subsequently sold to Lucent Corporation. In 1994 Jens became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Datatec which listed on the JSE Limited in November 1994 and on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2006. Jens is also Chairman of the 100%- owned subsidiary company Logicalis, a role he assumed in March 2007. He has previously served on the boards and subcommittees of various public companies, and currently serves as chairman of Corero plc, an AIM-listed software security business.

Petrus Myburgh

Mr. Petrus Jurgens Myburgh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the COmpany effective June 1, 2014. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer Designate of the Company effective May 1, 2014 until June 1, 2014. He is a chartered accountant and will join Datatec from The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited ("Standard Bank"). Jurgens joined Standard Bank in 2001 and was appointed Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2007 and Head: Mergers & Acquisitions in 2009. He has extensive experience in finance, management, listed company corporate actions and mergers & acquisitions. Jurgens holds a B.Comm (Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG (Johannesburg) in 2000.

Robert Evans

Mr. Robert Price Evans has been appointed as Group Operations Director, Executive Director of Datatec Limited. He has been appointed as Group Operations Director of the Company effective June 1, 2014. He has held a wide range of financial, operational and M&A roles both within Datatec and other organisations internationally. Between 1996 and 2000, Rob was Datatec’s UK Finance Director and then Group M&A Director, during which time he worked on more than 20 acquisitions around the world. He rejoined the Group in 2008, initially as an integration and transformation executive with oversight for the Group’s emerging markets operations in Africa, India and the Middle East (“AIME”). He then became Chief Operating Officer of Westcon AIME. Since 2010 he has been Head of the Consulting Services division, is on several of the Group’s subsidiary boards and is Chairman of Analysys Mason. Rob has previously held senior positions with divisions of other listed groups including Proudfoot and Data Translation. He began his career qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, where he worked in both London and Melbourne.

Olufunke Ighodaro

Ms. Olufunke Ighodaro is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Datatec Limited, since 1 September 2010. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Tiger Brands Limited. She has a BSc (Honours) from Salford University, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

John McCartney

Mr. John F. McCartney is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Datatec Ltd. He was previously a non-executive director of Datatec from 11 May 1998 to 30 September 2002 and was reappointed in July 2007. John was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer for US Robotics which he joined in 1984, as well as president of 3Com Corporation’s Client Access Unit. John serves on the boards of Huron Consulting Group (chairman), AM Castle Corporation and Covance, Inc., and is also non-executive chairman of Westcon Group and a member of Westcon’s Financial Reporting and Compliance Committee.

Lumkile Nkuhlu

Professor Lumkile Wiseman Nkuhlu is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Datatec Ltd. He is Chancellor of the University of Pretoria, Chairman of NM Rothschild & Sons (SA), director of the Ethics Institute of South Africa and director of AngloGold Ashanti Limited. He is Chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Risk and Information Integrity Committee of AngloGold Ashanti Limited. He was President of the International Organisation of Employers based in Geneva from June 2008 to June 2011. He served as economic adviser of the President of the Republic of South Africa, TM Mbeki and as chief executive of the Secretariat of New Partnership for Africa’s Development (“NEPAD”) from October 2000 to July 2005. He played a role in the elaboration of the NEPAD policy framework and in promoting the programme both in Africa and internationally.

Christopher Seabrooke

Mr. Christopher Stefan Seabrooke is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Datatec Ltd. He has over the years been a director of over 20 stock exchangelisted companies. He is currently CEO of Sabvest Limited, Chairman of Metrofile Holdings Limited and Transaction Capital Limited, Deputy Chairman of Massmart Holdings Limited and a director of Chrometco Limited (all JSE listed). He is also a director of Net1 UEPS Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq/JSE), and Brait S.E. (Luxembourg/JSE). He is a former Chairman of the South African State Theatre and former Deputy Chairman of the inaugural Board of the National Arts Council of South Africa. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees from Natal University, an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Fellow of the UK Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (“FCMA”).

Nick Temple

Mr. Nick J. Temple is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Datatec Ltd. He has had a distinguished career at IBM, serving for 30 years in various positions around the world. He was one of IBM’s most senior international executives. He currently serves as a director of a number of LSE-listed companies including DataCash and 4imprint. Nick is also the chairman of a number of privately owned companies.

Ivan Dittrich

Mr. Ivan Phillip Dittrich has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Datatec Ltd., with effect from 1 June 2012. He has been with Datatec for the past 13 years and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 1 May 2008. Ivan has given notice that he will leave Datatec in order to take up an appointment as CFO of Vodacom. He resigned from the Board of Datatec on 1 June 2012.
